Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By Caiqaio-manipulation

Objective:Through a randomized controlled trial,to observe the effection of Caiqiao manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,clearly the advantage of Caiqiao manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,to provide clinical basis for the promotion of Caiqiao manipulation treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods:According to the design principle of clinical randomized controlled trials,60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria from June 2016 to November 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with Caiqiao manipulation and functional exercise for 4 weeks,while the control group was treated with conventional Tui-na therapy and functional exercise for 4 weeks.In the use of JOA low back pain evaluation scale,lumbago VAS visual analog scale to score the patients of the two groups the severity of symptoms before and after treatment,at the same time before and after treatment we measured the physiological curvature of the two groups by Spinalmouse,and record the results.The correlation between the changes of lumbar lordosis parameters and the severity of lumbar symptoms was observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:1.Baseline analysis:there were no significant differences in the basic characteristics(gender,age,height,weight)and the severity of the subjects(P>0.05).2.Therapeutic evaluation:1)In the comparison group,the JOA low back pain assessment scale after treatment was significantly higher in the experimental group and the control group(P <0.05),the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);2)In group comparison,after treatment,the VAS visual analogue scale in the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);3)In group comparison,after the treatment,the total curvature of the experimental group and the control group were higher than before treatment(P < 0.05),the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can be improved by caiqiao manipulation and conventional Tui-na therapy.2.The curative effect of Caiqiao manipulation on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better than that of conventional Tui-na therapy.3.During the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,we observed the physiological curvature of the two groups was changed,this shows that Caiqiao manipulation and conventional Tui-na therapy that can change the physiological curvature of the lumbar spine.4.In the aspect of improving the physiological curvature of the lumbar spine Caiqiao manipulation is better than that of conventional Tui-na therapy.
