| Objective:This study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of Huang qi Guizhi Wuwu Decotion and Cocklebur powder in the treatment of Lung qi deficiency,cold attack phenotype allergic rhinitis,and the changes of peripheral blood regulatory T cells were detected before and after the treatment of allergic rhinitis,to explore the possible mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating allergic rhinitis,provide a powerful theoretical basis for the treatment of allergic rhinitis by traditional Chinese Medicine.Method:Use of the Chinese Medical Association for the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis(2015,Tianjin)and diagnostic criteria,according to the standard of diagnosis and treatment of TCM symptoms,the syndrome differentiation criteria of lung qi deficiency and cold attack phenotype allergic rhinitis were developed.60 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 people.The observation group took daily oral of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Cocklebur powder,for 30 days.The control group had a daily nasal spray of budesonide,for 30 days.The two groups were evaluated the symptom score at the first day of treatment,at the end of the treatment,and 2 months after the end of the treatment,the records included the scores of the symptoms including sneezing,runny nose,nasal obstruction and nasal itching,Two groups of peripheral blood were extracted before breakfast at the first day of treatment and the end day of treatment,inspection within 6 hours,The content of CD4+CD25+Treg in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry,It also monitored the patient's temperature,resting heart rate,blood pressure,respiration rate,liver function and renal function.SPSS20.0 software was used for comparative analysis,The results are denoted by X±S.To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of allergic rhinitis and the content of CD4+CD25+Treg in peripheral blood.Results:1.Among the 60 cases of allergic rhinitis collected in this study,12 males and 18 females were observed in the observation group,with an average age(39.20 ±11.71);In the control group,there were 13 males and 17 females,with an average age(38.10±12.22).There was no statistical difference in sex and age between the two groups(P>0.05),and it was comparable.2.There was no statistical difference in the total score of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.The total effective rate of the observation group at the end of the treatment was 93.33%,the total effective rate was 83.33%at second month after the treatment.The total effective rate in the control group was 90%at the end of the treatment,the total effective rate was 60.00%at second month after the treatment.There was no statistical difference of total effective rate between the two groups at the end of treament(P>0.05),but there were statistical differences at second month after the treatment.4.The effective rate of the observation group was 66.67%at the end of the treatment,the effective rate was 16.67%at second month after the treatment.The two groups were statistically significant at the end of treatment and at second month after treatment.5.The content of CD4+CD25+Treg in the peripheral blood of the observation group was(2.39±0.58)%before treatment,the content of CD4+CD25+Treg in peripheral blood was(4.04±0.79)%at the end of the treatment.The content of CD4+CD25+Treg in the peripheral blood of the control group was(2.53±0.48)%before treatment,the content of CD4+CD25+Treg in peripheral blood was(4.25±0.85)%at the end of the treatment.The content of CD4+CD25+Treg in peripheral blood of the two groups was statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in CD4+CD25+Treg in the peripheral blood of the two groups at the end of the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Cocklebur powder treatment of allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency,cold attack phenotype)clinical curative effect affirmation,is better than that of budesonide nasal spray,and the late recurrence rate is low,is worth popularizing in clinical use.2.In patients with allergic rhinitis,there is imbalance of cellular immune function,and peripheral blood regulatory T cells may be involved in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency,cold attack phenotype).3.The total score of clinical symptoms was significantly reduced to patient with allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency,cold attack phenotype)were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Cocklebur powder,the content of CD4+CD25+Treg in peripheral blood increased significantly.It is suggested that Changes in peripheral blood regulatory T cell content may be one of the effective mechanisms that Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decotion and Cocklebur powder in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. |
