Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction On Deficiency Of Qi And Blood Stasis Type Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on qi deficiency and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.Methods: The patients who were admitted to the Department of Spine Disease of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2017 were eligible for the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.TCM syndromes were syndromes of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and 62 cases were accumulated.A random number table was used as the treatment order,and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to a ratio of 1:1,31 in each group;both groups were treated with mannitol and dexamethasone for 3 days;treatment group 31 Example: After 3 days of basic treatment,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang Jiawei Granules were given orally;in the control group,31 cases were treated with mecobalamin tablets after 3 days of basic treatment,and the two groups of patients were combined with the five-point backs on the basis of the above treatment.Muscle functional exercise was performed for 30 days.After the treatment was completed,VAS scores,subjective symptoms,and physical signs before and 3 days after treatment,15 days after treatment,and 30 days after treatment were observed in two groups of patients(low back pain disorder in Japanese JOA scores.Efficacy evaluation criteria)scores ?ODI?and evaluation of TCM efficacy.Results: 1)Analysis of variance of repeated measurement data showed that there was no significant difference in efficacy between the treatment group and the control group after 30 days of treatment(P>0.05);2)There were differences in the scores of the two groups at different treatment time points.Statistically significant(P<0.05);3)The efficacy of the two groups was tested by X2 test(P>0.05),with no statistical significance;4)No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion: The treatment of radix astragalus quintubate in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome)is safe and effective.
