Research Background and Purpose:with the development of economy and the extension of life expectancy, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in our country has brought considerable social attention, thus,it is important to explore the early treatment and timely intervention of diabetes mellitus. This study was to analyze the different level of 25,a hydroxyl vitamin D islet beta cell function in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Furthermore,we aim to explore the potential relationship between 25(OH)D levels and pancreatic B cells function.Research Object and Method:1 Research ObjectWe choose Haining,Zhejiang province people's hospital's admission note from April 2015 to December 2016 secretion branch was in the hospital of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes, consistent with the WHO in 1999 diabetes diagnosis and classification standard,30 cases of men,30 cases of women, aged between 21-79,using the electrochemical luminescence method to measure the serum 25(OH)D levels.According to 25 A hydroxyl vitamin D levels, were randomly divided into group A:25 A hydroxyl group vitamin D levels were normal.Group B:25 a hydroxyl group lack of vitamin D levels. All patients were performed steamed bread meal experiment.Compare two groups patients of fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, fasting C peptide, the steady-state model of insulin resistance index(HOMA IR),the steady-state model-beta cell function index(HOMA-beta).2 Research Method2.1 General Clinical Data CollectionRecord the gender, age, duration of diabetes, smoking history, drinking history, height and weight measuring, blood pressure and waistline and calculate the BMI according to the formula of BMI = Weight(Kg)/Height(m)2.2.2 Laboratory Tests CheckRequirements of the subjects:vegetable diet, avoid tea or coffee and other non-ferrous drinks, avoid strenuous exercise for 3 days. After abrosia for 12 to 14 hours before the experiment, the venous blood was extracted in the next early morning.Simultaneously, determined Cr,BUN,CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,HbAlc index, tested the FPG after standard steamed bread meal test,2-hour PPG,FC-P,2-hour PC-P,the level of serum 25(OH)D levels can be measured through the electrochemical luminescence method.3 Statistics ProcessingAll data were processed by statistical software SPSS 13.0.Measurement data of normal distribution was expressed by x±s,skewed distribution by median(25%,75%value),categorical variable by%.Comparison between two data samples of normal distribution was verified by t,homoscedasticity of multiple samples by one-way analysis of variance.Abnormal distribution data were processed by non-parametric statistics, relative analysis of data by relative Pearson.Rate comparison was tested by x2.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender, age and hdl-c,SBP,DBP,TG,TC,CHO and LDL-C(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).And the postprandial glucosein group A was lower than group B(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients with fasting c-peptide and fasting insulin(P>0.05),the comparison of 2hC peptide had statistic difference between insulin(P<0.05).3.There was no statisticant difference between the two groups in HOMA-I R and HOMA-p(P>0.05).4.Serum 25(OH)D level was negatively correlated with HbAlc(P<0.05),while there were no significant correlation found in age,BMI total cholesterol,HOMA-I R,HOMA-?(p>0.05).Conclusion:The level of 25-hydroxyl vitamin D in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients are negatively correlated with HbAlc,but without any obvious correlation with islet beta cell function.
