Radio Frequency Needle Knife For The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: by using radio frequency(rf)needle knife in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,the WOMAC knee scoring system and the swelling degree of the knee joint(the side — the contralateral)used to as indicators of clinical observation,and radio frequency(rf)group(treated with radio frequency ablation)and needle knife group(treated with small needle knife).Using statistical analysis of measured data,and observed and compared three groups of patients before and after the treatment of WOMAC score pain score,limited physical function grade,stiff joints,WOMAC scores and swelling degree of change,to study the efficacy of radio frequency needle knife in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: to choose Chinese Medicine Hospital in Henan Province(the second affiliated hospital of Henan University of TCM)bone disease subject outpatient service on September 2015 to July 2016,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis,all patients with knee osteoarthritis clinical diagnosis standard.According to the order to the patient,it adopts the principle of random divided into rf needle knife group(treated with rf needle knife)and radio frequency(rf)group(treated with radio frequency ablation),needle knife group(treated with small needle knife),20 cases in each group.Rf needle knife group 20 cases(knee),14 cases,6 cases of male,aged 42 ~ 74(59.7±8.6)years,course 0.5 ~ 20(8.1±4.9)years,his left knee in 11 cases,9 cases,right knee grade of K-L,?level 1 case,?level 6 cases,?level 11 cases,?level2 cases;Treatment before,degree of swelling in the knee joint3.2±2.0 cm,swollen WOMAC scores of pain score 12.8±2.8points,stiff score 30.8±7.6points,limited physical function score 10.8±2.5 points,WOMAC score was 54.3±12.5 points before treatment.Radio frequency(rf)group of 20 cases(knee),female 14 cases,6 cases of male;Aged 43-75(59.2±8.1)years,course 0.3 ~ 17(9.4±4.8)years;On the left side of the onset of 9 cases,on the right side of the onset of 11 cases,?level 3 cases,?level 6 cases,?level 9 cases,?level 2 cases;Treatment before,degree of swelling in the knee joint3.2±2.0 cm,swollen WOMAC scores of pain score 11.1±2.8 points,stiff score 31.7±8.2 points,limited physical function score 9.9±2.6 points,WOMAC score 52.7±12.5 points.Needle knife group 20 cases(knee),15 cases were female,male in 5 cases.Aged 42 ~ 78(58.4±9.0)years,course 0.5 ~ 18(8.2±4.8)years;On the left side of the onset of 9 cases,on the right side of the onset of 11 cases,K-L classification,level 2 cases,level 5 cases,level ? ? ?10 cases,?level 3 cases;Treatment before,degree of swelling in the knee joint 3.0±1.9 cm,swollen WOMAC scores of pain score 11.5±2.9 points,stiff score 32.3±8.0 points,limited physical function score 10.0±2.4 points,WOMAC score 53.8±12.5 points.Three groups of patients in sex,disease,stage generally count data as well as the age,duration,degree of swelling in the knee joint,WOMAC scores before treatment in pain score,activity restricted rating,stiff score,WOMAC scores general measurement data comparison(P>0.05),no statistically significant difference were observed in the count and count data,three groups of patients with comparable data.Rf needle knife group was given rf needle knife therapy,radio frequency(rf)group was given radio frequency ablation therapy,needle knife group was given small needle knife therapy,three groups were given knee joint functional exercise after treatment.Using the WOMAC knee joint diameter change evaluation score and knee weeks three groups after treatment and 6 months after treatment the curative effect of follow-up,and compare the three groups differences before and after the treatment and after treatment the curative effect of the differences between the three groups.Results: 6 months after treatment,the use of statistical analysis,respectively before and after treatment and follow-up of 6 months in the three groups of WOMAC score pain score,limited physical function evaluation,stiff joints,WOMAC scores and swelling degree were compared,the data results show that the effect of rf needle knife group was obviously better than that of the radio frequency(rf)group and the curative effect of needle knife group,prompt with rf needle knife in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis whole curative effect than pure with radio frequency ablation or small needle knife for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis curative effect more apparent.Conclusion: 1.The rf needle knife,radio frequency ablation and small needle knife to improve the function of knee osteoarthritis pain,physical restriction on all has the very good curative effect,but to improve the swelling,stiff feeling aspect effect is not obvious;2.in the treatment of pain,body function is limited,the curative effect is better than that of radio frequency ablation of rf needle knife,the curative effect of radio frequency ablation is better than that of small needle knife;3.Overall,compared with radio frequency ablation and small needle knife,rf needle knife in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has more significant effect,is the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis and an effective method to improve the function of the knee joint activities.
