A Retrospective Study On Transanal Surgical Treatment Of Defecatory Disorder

Objective: We tried to analyze the age distribution of surgical treatment,the main symptoms of special examination,the choice of surgical methods and other treatment and prognosis of defecatory disorder in our hospital which can provide a certain clinical reference for clinicians to treat the defecatory disorder and further improve the clinician cognition of the diagnosis and treatment of the defecatory disorder.Methods: In this retrospective study,strict accordance with the inclusion criteria,the patients with defecatory disorder definitive diagnosed by First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during July 2010-August 2016 were collected.The general information,special examinations,TCM syndromes,surgical treatment and follow-up data of patients were detailed extraction to understand the general situation of this disease.Through comparing the choice of different surgical methods and follow-up data,the clinical effect of surgical treatment can be known.Results: Of the 222 patients,74 percent were women and 26 percent were men.The age of the patient is mainly between the ages of 40 and 69.The main clinical symptoms of the rectal mucosa were 90 percent,and the selection of fecal screening was 49 percent,and the main result was 61 percent of the rectal processes.In the surgical options,11% of all surgical options were performed,and 89% were combined.Pubic RPH joint rectal muscle release and PPH combined pubic rectum muscle release in the treatment of barrier type constipation defecate contrast,curative effect and no great difference in wound healing,but in reducing postoperative complications,postoperative anal abnormal feeling has a larger advantage.Conclusion: By reviewing the recent six years data of surgery patients with defecatory disorder,we can draw the following conclusions:1)The patient’s age,duration,specialty examination and imaging examination are the basis for surgical treatment.2)The total efficiency of constipation with anal surgery is 92.3%,which can be the preferred treatment for constipation.3)RPH joint pubic rectal muscle relaxant has good curative effect,with fewer complications,but as the preferred procedure for the treatment of constipation.
