Objective:To mine the clinical data of Professor Yue Weizhen in the treatment of children with Tic Disorder by using the Ancient and Modern Cloud Medical Record Platform,summarize Professor Yue Weizhen’s dialectical thinking and the law of clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with Tic Disorder,and make a retrospective analysis of the clinical efficacy of the core prescription,so as to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of Tic Disorder.Methods:The medical records of children with Tic Disorder treated in the outpatient department of Yue Weizhen,director of Pediatrics of Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to August 2021 were selected.Through the inclusion and exclusion criteria,265 cases were selected.After being proofread and sorted into EXCEL form by the two people,it is entered into the Famous Ancient and Modern Cloud Medical Record Platform to establish a database.Association rule analysis,frequency analysis and cluster analysis are used for the data mining analysis.Analyze the prescription medication,prescription rules,drug meridian,Siqi and Wuwei,and drug use frequency,summarize its keyprescriptions,experience and drug pairs,excavate the medication characteristics and prescription rules.At the same time,through the inclusion and exclusion criteria,17 children with Tic Disorder who were treated in the outpatient department of director Yue Weizhen of Pediatrics of Hubei Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2021 to January 2022 were selected.After adding and subtracting the core prescription of data mining for 8 weeks,the improvement of symptoms and signs and the change of YGTSS score before and after treatment were observed,and the relevant data were recorded.Using SPSS26 The collected data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.In the data mining study,265 children with Tic Disorder in the outpatient clinic of director Yue Weizhen were mainly schoolage and adolescent children,There are 223 boys and 42 girls,male:female=5.31:1.2.The results of frequency statistics show that there are 96 traditional Chinese medicines in 265 prescriptions,with a total frequency of 5226 times.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicines are Schisandra Chinensis,Ophiopogon Japonicus,Anemarrhena Anemarrhena,Acorus Tatarin owii,Yujin,Angelica Sinensis,Bergamot,Ginseng,Gastrodia Elata and Ligusticum Chuanxiong.3.The statistical results of Siqi and Wuwei of drugs show that warm drugs are the most of the Siqi of drugs,followed by flat drugs.Wuwei are mainly pungent,followed by sweet.4.The statistical results of meridians showed that the frequency of liver meridians was the highest,12928 times,and the remaining meridians were lung meridians,heart meridians,stomachmeridians and spleen meridians.5.The statistical results of drug efficacy show that the drug efficacy is mainly to dispel wind and relieve pain,with a frequency of 564 times,followed by wind calming and antispasmodic drugs,with a frequency of 421 times,and then tranquilizing and tranquilizing drugs,with a frequency of 405 times.6.The top 6 drug combinations in association rule results are Angelica dahurica and Magnolia;Black Plum and Angelica Dahurica;Black Plum and Magnolia;Albizzia Bark,Wild Jujube Kernel;Papaya,Shenjin grass;Scorpion,Angelica Dahurica.7.Four kinds of drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis:(1)Bombyx Batryticatus,Ligusticum Chuanx Xiong,Gastrodia Elata,Bergamot,Turmeric,Anemarrhena Asphodeloides,Ginseng,Acorus Calamus,Angelica Sinensis,Ophiopogon Japonicus,Schisandra Chinensis(2)Orange Collaterals,Tribulus Terrestris,Shen Jin Cao(3)Sour Jujube Kernel,Albizia Bark(4)Magnolia,Angelica Dahurica,Black Plum and Chrysanthemum.8.Through complex network analysis,it is concluded that the coredrugs in the traditional Chinese medicine prescription commonly used by director Yue Weizhen for the treatment of Tic Disorder are Gastrodia elata,Turmeric,Bergamot,Ligusticum Chuan Xiong,Tribulus Terrestris,Stiff Silkworm,Acorus Calamus,Angelica Sinensis,Schisandra Chinensis,Anemarrhena Asphodeloides,Ophiopogon Japonicus,Wild Ju jube Kernel,Ginseng,Magnolia,Angelica Dahurica.9.Clinical efficacy observation retrospective study included 20 children,3cases were lost to followup,and the remaining 17 cases were more boys than girls,male: female = 2.4:1,mainly preschool and schoolage children.10.There was significant difference in the score of YGTSS scale before and after treatment(P<0.01).11.The effective rate of clinical curative effect of children before and after treatment was 70.58%.12.There were significant differences in the scores of motor tic before and after treatment(P<0.01),among which there were significantdifferences in the scores of times,frequency,intensity and interference before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there were statistically significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).13.There was significant difference in the score of vocal tic before and after treatment(P<0.01);The scores of frequency and intensity before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),the scores of frequency before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the scores of complexity and interference before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).14.There was significant difference in the total score of TCM symptoms after treatment(P<0.01).15.There was significant difference in the total score of concurrent symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the scores of dizziness,subcostal fullness and headache before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the scores of irritability,dreaminess,restless sleep,constipation,red pharynx,nasal congestion,nasal itching,eye itching and skin itching before and after treatment(P<0.05).16.The effective rate of TCM syndrome before and after treatment was82.35%.Conclusion:Director Yue Weizhen believes that the location of Tic Disorder is mainly in the heart and liver,which is closely related to the spleen,lung and kidney.Its etiology and pathogenesis are the combination of external pathogens and internal wind,wind phlegm attacking collatrals,restlessness of mind and imbalance of Yin and Yang of Qi and Blood.Therefore,in the use of drugs,Xinwen drugs are mainly used to dispel wind and phlegm.At the same time,we should pay attention to calming the heart and calming the mind,supplementing qi and nourishing Yin,and regulating Qi,blood and Yin and Yang.The core prescrip tion is Gastodia Elata,Turmeric,Bergamot,Ligusticum Chuan Xiong,Tribulus Terrertris,Stiff Silkworm,Acorus Calamus,Angelica Sinensis,Schisandra Chinensis,Anemarrhena Asphodeloides,Ophiopogon 1 Japonicus,Wild Jujube Kernel,Ginseng,Magnolia,Angelica Dahurica.The wholeprescription plays the functions of stopping wind and spasm,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals,supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin.At the same time,the clinical application of the addition and su btraction of the core prescription can significantly improve the symp toms of Tic Disorder and has good safety,which can provide idea sand references for the treatment of Tic Disorder with clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine.
