Effect Of Chaiqin Wendan Decoction On Insomnia After Ischemic Stroke(liver And Phlegm Heat Type)clinical Study

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaiqin Wendan Decoction in the treatment of liver depression and phlegm-type ischemic stroke after treatment,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chaiqin Wendan Decoction in the treatment of ischemic The role of insomnia after stroke.Method:Sixty patients were divided into 30 treatment groups and 30 control groups according to the principle of randomized grouping.The two groups of the same treatment,the treatment group using traditional Chinese medicine Chaiqin Wendan decoction treatment,the control group using western medicine estazolam tablets treatment.The treatment time of the two groups was 4 weeks.The curative effect,PSQI score and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment.Results:?There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex,disease and course of disease(P>0.05).?After treatment,the improvement of sleep quality was assessed by PSQI score.The treatment group(93.33%)was higher than the control group(90.00%).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).?The PSOI score of the two groups decreased significantly before and after treatment,and the PSQI score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at the first week,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the decrease of PSQI score was statistically analyzed(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance.PSQI was less than 7 as the symptom relief standard,the remission rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.? After treatment,the two groups of TCM syndrome scores(P<0.01),with statistical significance.Conclusions:?Chaiqin Wendan Decoction can improve the quality of sleep in patients with insomnia after liver-phlegm-heat ischemic stroke.The clinical effect is similar to that of western medicine estazolam.?Chaiqin Wendan decoction is stable,but the clinical onset rate is not as estazolam.?From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine s yndrome,Chaiqin Wendan Decoction can effectively improve the symp toms and signs of patients.
