Clinical Observation Of Modified Chaiqin Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Community-acquired Pneumonia With Phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Chaiqin Wendan Decoction in the treatment of patients with community-acquired pneumonia with phlegm-heat syndrome in order to evaluate its significance in the treatment of patients with community-acquired pneumonia with phlegm-heat syndrome.Methods: The 56 CAP patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(28 cases)and a control group(28 cases);the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was combined with the addition and subtraction of Chaiqin Wendan Decoction on the basis of the control group,To compare the changes in symptoms,signs,laboratory results,time to fever,and chest CT of the two groups of patients after 7 days of treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group(92.86%)is higher than that of the control group(82.14%).The clinical efficacy of the two groups is compared,and the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);2、Comparing the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the two groups can effectively improve the scores of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the scores of TCM syndromes of CAP patients(P<0.05);3、Comparison of inflammatory indexes between the two groups before and after treatment,both groups can reduce the levels of CRP,PCT,WBC,and NEU%(P<0.01).Compared between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the levels of CRP,PCT,WBC,and NEU%(P<0.05);4、Comparing the time of fever reduction between the two groups,the treatment group is better than the control group in shortening the fever time(P<0.05);5、Comparing the absorption of chest CT between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group in improving chest CT(P<0.05).6、The medication is safe and reliable during the treatment process.Conclusion: Modified Chaiqin Wendan Decoction has significant curative effect in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,and the medicine is safe and reliable.It can effectively improve patients’ symptoms,reduce infection indicators,relieve fever,and control lung infections.
