Study On The Correlation Between Common Spleen Deficiency Syndrome And Immune Index Of AIDS Based On Discriminant Equation

Objective:To explore the correlation between the immunological pathology and TCM syndrome differentiation of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome(AIDS),and to further study the objective quantification and significance of the TCM syndrome differentiation of AIDS,so as to provide objective quantitative indicators for the TCM syndrome differentiation of AIDS as well as clinical practice with scientific basis rather than experience summary for AIDS treatment.Methods:The T cell subsets,receptors and cytokines in HIV/AIDS patients were screened based on the previous epidemiological investigation and literature review so as to conduct study on the correlation of the basic AIDS syndrome,spleen qi deficiency syndrome with immune indicators and the objective quantification.The 10th Five Years National Project for Science and Technology Development of the National Natural Science Foundation concluded that the pathogenic dampness blocking syndrome is one of the basic syndromes of AIDS.Therefore,the patients were divided into HIV/AIDS spleen qi deficiency syndrome group and HIV/AIDS pathogenic dampness blocking syndrome group,and at the same time,the normal control group was established,with the immune indicators as the independent variable and TCM syndrome differentiation types as the dependent variable.Meaningful variables were selected with SPSS software by the stepwise discriminant method and Fisher and Bayes discriminant method,and were respectively used to construct the discriminant equation,of which the correctness was verified to select the equation with optimum discriminant efficacy.Then,the significance of the correlation between immunological pathology and TCM syndrome differentiation of AIDS as well as the objective quantification was analyzed and expounded from the immunological indicators related to the construction of the discriminant equation,and the HIV/AIDS spleen qi deficiency syndrome group received a 6-month Yiaikang treatment to observe and analyze the changes in the immunological indicators and the significance of these changes,so as to provide an objective basis for objectification and efficacy evaluation of the TCM syndromes of HIV/AIDS.Results:1 Established discriminant analysis method of traditional Chinese medicine in HIV/AIDS related to immune indexes discriminant equation,select the build discriminant equation related absolute number of CD4~+T cells and CD4~+/CD8~+,CD4~+CD45RO~+,CD4~+HLA-DR~+,CD4~+,CD8~+CD38,CD45RA+cells/T cells,IL-12,AST,etc.8 indicators.2 Through the comparison between the immunological indicators of the HIV/AIDS spleen qi deficiency syndrome group,HIV/AIDS pathogenic dampness blocking syndrome group and the normal control group,it was found that there was significant difference between the groups in CD4~+absolute number,CD8~+absolute number,CD4~+/CD8~+,CD4~+CD45RA~+CD4~+HLA-DR~+CD8~+HLA-DR~+,NKcells,CD4~+CD38~+,CD8~+CD38~+,CD4~+CD45RA~+/cells/T,CD4~+CD45RO~+cells/T,CD4~+CD45RA~+,CD4~+CD45R O~+,IL-12,TNF(p<0.05).3 Compare profit Yi Kang capsule treatment before and after 6 months on the discriminant equation found seven immune indexes of CD4~+/CD8~+,CD4~+CD45RO~+,CD4~+/T cells the expression level of CD45RA~+cells increased obviously,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);The absolute CD4~+T cells and CD4~+HLA-DR~+increases but the difference in the alpha=0.05 level without statistical significance;IL-12 lower statistically significant(p<0.05),and CD8~+CD38~+reduce not statistically significant.4 There was statistical significance in the scores such as the total scores before and after the Yiaikang treatment,pale or sallow yellow facial complexion,torpid intake and poor appetite,shortness of breath,fatigue and lack of strength,distention and fullness,loose stools,diarrhea,epigastric distending pain and weight loss(p<0.05),and there was a tendency of gradual declining.There were no statistical significance in symptom scores such as plump pale tongue or teeth marks,white fur,deep pulse,deficiency pulse or weak pulse,while it still indicated that the symptom scores were optimized after the treatment.Conclusion:1 This study of traditional Chinese medicine in HIV/AIDS objective quantitative aspects has carried on the beneficial exploration,for the AIDS of traditional Chinese medicine to provide objective quantitative indicators,will make HIV/AIDS is no longer making experience,but have a scientific basis for clinical practice.2 Through the Yiaikang treatment,observe the discriminant equation the changing trends of related immune indexes,part demonstrate the validity of the discriminant equations of build,treatment of HIV/AIDS and curative effect evaluation is of great significance.
