Objective: The application of mRNA chip to HIV/AIDS lung spleen-deficiency syndromepatients as research object, the controls group with Healthy people, the sample with wholeblood, detection of the HIV/AIDS lung spleen-deficiency syndrome and Healthy peopledifferent genes, analyses of its function, signal pathway and the mutual relations, to find thecorrelation with syndrome. Through the integration of gene expression information,discusses the related function of mRNA molecule, constructing HIV/AIDS lungspleen-deficiency syndrome molecular network.Methods: The case of HIV/AIDS lung spleen-deficiency syndrome patients from HenanProvince,the healthy controls from the same area, Application capitalbio DNA chips, usingBRB-ArrayTools (Version4.1) software for a variety of gene chip data processing,screening differential genes using univariate sample paired t test, gene ontology functionsand pathway analysis, mainly using DAVID Tools (http://david.abcc.ncifcrf.gov/)on-line analysis, gene interaction analysis, application of STRING (http://string.embl.de).Results: Using the BRB Array Tools4.0software to the the gene of patient group andcontrol group by t test, under specified conditions, there are495signal points, among whichthe up signal point has319points, the down signal has38points. The analysis of up genefunction include protein synthesis, decomposition, transfer process, ion channels, the nucleusformation. The analysis of down gene function include cell apoptosis, immune response andthe enzyme activity.The pathway of up gene relate with immune response and cellapoptosis; The pathway of down gene relate with T cells, tumor necrosis factor receptor2and cell infection. The analysis of Different genes’s relationship, the figure of therelationships has150genes closely related and composition of the node for150, the side for261in up gengs. The figure of the relationships has24genes closely related and compositionof the node for24, the side for71in down genes.Conclusion:1. The HIV/AIDS lung spleen-deficiency syndrome and the Healthy peoplegroup have their respective gene expression profiles; 2.
