Identification Of TCM Constitution Of Low Frequency Sensorineural Deafness

Objective: For this research,I mainly consider the direction of TCM "zhiweibing" medicine in the treatment of diseases in Department of ENT for the entrance direction,basic information and disease by clinical interview asked the way carries on the investigation and study of patients,to understand the general characteristics and distribution through the investigation of TCM Constitution low-frequency sound nervous deafness patients,and to understand the risk of the disease in the crowd in what type of constitution are developing tendency of this group of patients understand the matter type and the pathological changes in patients to treatment for low-frequency sensorineural hearing loss and provide a basis for treatment of disease to provide a way of Chinese medicine.Method: In the study,with "low frequency sensorineural deafness patients as the research object,at the time of the survey is mainly questionnaire one for patients,and patients may collect relevant information and disease;questionnaire is divided into three parts,table 1 for patient information questionnaire(see appendix a table 1 Table 2),as the Constitution questionnaire(see Appendix 2(Table 2)refer to 2009 Chinese Medicine Institute proposed on the constitution of the" Chinese constitution classification and decision "as a criterion for the research of physique,judge)table 3 for patients with physical decision table(see Appendix 3 table 3);and will be collected a case of physical and relevant information to determine,using the SPSS software of the observed indicators(such as gender,age,past history,ear(Dan Shuang),inducement,sleep,physical type etc.)statistics,analysis and summarization.Results: The total collection of low frequency sensorineural hearing loss patients were removed off a total of 57 patients,male patients with a total of 23 people,and 34 of them were women,according to statistics in patients with a minimum age of only 16 years old,with the maximum age is 74 years,the data analysis found that the average age of the patients at the age of 41.04;7 patients had ear disease;the results of this survey found that one ear was higher than that of bilateral disease at the same time,roughly the same rate as prevalence of left and right ears;about 1/3 of patients with predisposing factors;among them sleep better about about half of the main etiological factor of this disease,biased physique to illness especially the Qi deficiency and damp heat.Conclusion: The research shows the low frequency sensorineural hearing loss patients,the number of female patients than male survey,good hair age is more than middle-aged people;poor sleep is an important pathogenic factor of this disease;biased constitution to diseases,so the clinical prevention and treatment of this disease,pay attention to improve sleep,physical conditioning may play the effect of adjuvant therapy.
