Clinical Research Of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation With Acupuncture Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Purpose:This topic is based on the combination of traditional acupuncture and modern rehabilitation medicine clinical difference of simple acupuncture in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis.Around this topic is to investigate the PNF technology in the treatment of facial paralysis clinical effectiveness and advantage,and explore the mechanism of action of PNF technology in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis.Methods : Will be in changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital outpatient collected 72 patients and treatment area,randomized,controlled trial methods are divided into two groups,acupuncture group referred to as the treatment group of 36 cases with PNF technique;Simple acupuncture group referred to as the control group 36 cases.Both groups on the basis of the trophic nerve drug treatment for clinical treatment,after four treatment on two groups of clinical results of function evaluation using SPSS19.0 for statistical analysis.Observation and to explore the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Results:Two groups of patients before treatment of gender,age,course of the disease,HB facial nerve function grading,facial nerve paralysis rating scale statistical tests,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.In two groups after treatment in patients with total effective rate,the results show that the treatment group90.3%than the control group80.6%,Z=2.028,P=0.043<0.05.Other the observation indexes after treatment results in treatment group were better than control group(P<0.05),the difference in accordance with statistical significance.The research results can provide future research direction of this field with a certain clinical reference.Conclusion : Acupuncture with PNF technique compared with the simple routine acupuncture in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis,PNF technology can assist acupuncture treatment to improve facial expression muscle dysfunction.Not only in the surrounding sex facial paralysis symptoms improved,also have certain effect on shorten period of treatment.
