The Clinical Observation Of IgA Nephropathy With Theherbs Of Reinforcing Kidney And Tonifyingspleen,detoxifying And Relieving Throat

Purpose:To probe kidney and spleen,detoxification,pharynx method treating spleen kidney empty,poison stasis type pharyngeal IgA nephropathy of the clinical efficacy and safety.Method: For the renal biopsy diagnosed in line with the spleen kidney empty,poison stasis and pharynx and 24 hours urinary protein quantitative less than 1 g of 60 patients with IgA nephropathy,Using random table to random grouping,divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Two groups were given basic treatment,on this basis,Treatment group given kidney and spleen and detoxification of the pharynx oral medicinal broth,unite by the department of pharmaceutical preparation in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital medicines pan-fried,each bag of 100 ml,2 times a day.The control group was given a new(10mg/tablet,Beijing novartis pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,which was available for oral use at 1 times a day,10mg).If it is a poor control of blood pressure,according to the level of blood pressure,choose a combination of sinistral amlodipine piece of benzene sulfonic acid(blessed,2.5 mg/piece,jilin province days the wind pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,approved by H19991083)2.5 mg,once-daily oral.Both groups need to be treated for 2 months,1 treatment,1 course of treatment,and then the effect is observed.The observation index:(1)Clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment of two groups of patients;(2)The urinary erythrocyte counts in both groups(high magnification)and the amount of urine protein in 24 hours;(3)To detect kidney function,blood routine,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators.Result:(1)One case was lost in the treatment group and two in the control group.The total efficiency of the treatment group was 89.66 percent,significantly better than the control group(total efficiency 71.43%).(2)Through comparing with before treatment,treatment group 24 h urine protein in patients with quantitative and urine red blood cell count is a decreased significantly(P < 0.01);The control group also showed a decrease in the amount of albumin(P < 0.05)after treatment.The two groups after treatment were compared,found that the treatment group of 24 h urine protein quantitative and urine red blood cell count was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).(3)reatment group after the treatment,the lumbar spine ache,sore throats,edema,or less often bilges,fatigue weakness of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),dry mouth symptoms integral was lower(P < 0.05);The control group was treated with a decrease in edema(P < 0.05).Treatment group after the treatment compared with the control group after treatment,which in the lumbar spine ache,sore throats,less often bilges,dry mouth symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine integral reduced significantly(P < 0.05).(4)The two groups showed no abnormal changes in the blood routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram.Conclusion:(1)0the kidney and spleen,detoxification,pharynx of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth can obviously reduce the 24 hours urinary protein of IgA nephropathy patients quantitative and red blood cell count,and better than the control group.(2)Invigorating the spleen,detoxification,pharynx medicinal broth can improve patients with lumbar spinal pain,swelling,sore throats,less often,TCM clinical symptoms of dry mouth.(3)Invigorating the spleen,detoxification,swallow one no damage to liver and kidney function,so the method is effective,and can be used widely in clinical.
