The Effect Of Invigorating Spleen And Kindey,Removing Blood Stasis And Xiezhuo Treatment On Serum TGF-β/Smad Signally Pathway Of Patients With Diabetic Nephropathy At Four Stages

Objective:This study proposed the treatment method which is invigorating spleen and kindey, removing blood stasis and Xiezhuo and created Cordyceps Yishen Decoction.Evaluate its effect on the patients with diabetic nephropathy and the influences of serum TGF-β/Smad signally pathway.Methods:This study selected80cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy, randomly and equally divided into the control group and the treatment group. All enrolled patients were given regular basic therapy. The control group was added fosinopril,while the treatment group was added s Cordyceps Yishen Decoction。Both course of treatment were12weeks. Observe the changes between before and after treatment in TCM syndrome score,the24hours urine protein quantity, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, blood lipids (triglycerides, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein), albumin, fasting blood glucose and blood level of TGF-β1, Smad2, Smad7, and statistical analysis.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was87.5%,better than the control group which was72.5%; in imoproving symptoms,the treatment group was much better than the control group; both group can improve renal fuction,and the difference between them was not statistically significant(P>0.05); both group can reduce the urinary protein,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05); both group can reduce the serum TGF-β1and Smad2,while increase the Smad7level,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:This method can greatly improve the clinical sympotoms of patients with stage IV diabetic nephropathy; reduce urinary protein,improve the renal function,reduce blood fat; significantly reduce stage four diabetic nephropathy patients serum TGF-β1、Smad2level and increase the Smad7level maybe its mechanism of action.
