ObjectiveTo evaluating the curative effect through comparing the interventional therapy effect, the lesion size and the recurrence rate using the two methods of RUC+ micro catheter and the simple RUC catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE).MethodStudying the 61 clinical cases.30 cases of them using RUC+ micro catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE)and 31 cases using the simple RUC catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE).Using the Embosphere microspheres as embolic agent. Then to observe the clinical effect after operation, the lesion size of preoperative and postoperative, the recurrence rate.Result1?3 months after Interventional therapy, the follow-up investigation results of curative effective rate as following: 38.7%(12/31)for the patients with menorrhagia using the simple RUC catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE);70%(21/30)for the patients with menorrhagia using RUC+ micro catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE).The significant difference exists between the two groups(P<0.05).2?6 months after of Interventional therapy, the follow-up investigation results of curative effective rate as following: 54.8%(17/31)for the patients with menorrhagia using the simple RUC catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE);73.3%(22/30)for the patients with menorrhagia using RUC+ micro catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE).(P>0.05).3?9 months after of Interventional therapy, the follow-up investigation results of curative effective rate as following: 70.9%(22/31)for the patients with menorrhagia using the simple RUC catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE);77.2%(17/22)for the patients with menorrhagia using RUC+ micro catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE).(P>0.05).4?12 months after of Interventional therapy, the follow-up investigation results of curative effective rate as following: 67.7%(21/31)for the patients with menorrhagia using the simple RUC catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE);75%(9/12)for the patients with menorrhagia using RUC+ micro catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE).(P>0.05).5 The recurrence rate of using RUC+ micro catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE)is lower than that of using the simple RUC catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE).The difference is of statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1 The pain relief rate of using RUC+ micro catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE)is higher than that of using the simple RUC catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE).(P<0.05)2 The recurrence rate after operation in 12 months of using RUC+ micro catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE)is lower than that of using the simple RUC catheter to treat adenomyosis via uterine artery embolization(UAE).
