Clinical Study On Uterine Artery Embolization In The Treatment Of Uterine Muscular Gland By Using Embosphere Microspheres

Objective Through the application of Embosphere microspheres after uterine arterial embolization(UAE) treatment of uterine myoma and adenomyosis and embosphere microspheres embolization interventional therapeutic effect, side effects and complications were compared, understand the clinical value of commonly used embosphere microspheres embolization of uterine gland muscle disease, promotion embosphere microspheres interventional clinical application in the treatment of symptoms of uterine gland muscle disease.method The clinical study of cases, 31 cases, in simple adenomyomatosis of uterus in 25 cases, accompanied by patients with myoma of uterus in 6 cases by embosphere microspheres as embolic agent; to intervene after surgical treatment of clinical symptoms improve the efficacy, adverse reactions and side effects were observed.result1.After 1 to 3 months of intervention, the follow-up results showed that the total effective rate was 41.9%, the total effective rate was 45.2%, and the total effective rate was 77.4%.2.After 3 to 6 months of intervention, the follow-up results showed that the total effective rate was 70.3%, the total effective rate was 62.9%, and the total effective rate was 77.7%.3.After 6 to 9 months of intervention, the follow-up results showed that the total effective rate was 73.7%, the total effective rate was 68.4%, and the total effective rate was 79.0%.4.after 9 to 12 months of intervention, the follow-up results showed that the total effective rate was 70.0%, the total effective rate was 70.0%, and the total effective rate was 80.0%.5.After the postoperative temporary adverse reactions following abdominal pain, fever, nausea, vomiting, irregular guide bleeding.No severe complications such as uterine infarction, sepsis, pulmonary embolism occurred in all patients.6.After surgery, the volume of uterine fibroids was significantly different between the 6 groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).conclusion1.Embosphere microspheres can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of uterine glands.2.The use of Embosphere microspheres embolization agent in the treatment of uterine gland muscle disease, long-term has good curative effect.3.The use of Embosphere microspheres embolization agent in the treatment of uterine gland muscle disease, the side effect is small, with good safety.
