Expression Of ANXA5 In Gastric Carcinoma And Its Clinical Significance

Objective:Explore ANXA5 expression level in gastric carcinoma tissue and its clinical significance.Methods:This experiment randomly collected in January 2016 to December 2016 in the first hospital affiliated to the University of South China after surgery in 40 patients with gastric cancer specimens and clinical data of all patients with gastric cancer has not been received preoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Specimens after confirmed by pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer.Carcinoma 40 adjacent tissues taken from the corresponding 2 cm margins of the specimen.5 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues taken from specimens from the margins of more than 5 cm.Using Western Blot experimental technology to detect ANXA5 protein in gastric cancer tissue and corresponding tissue adjacent to carcinoma,the expression level in normal gastric mucosa tissues and the relationship between clinical pathological features of gastric cancer;With IHC to detect ANXA5 protein in gastric cancer paraffin ANXA5 protein expression intensity and analysis the relationship between the expression and clinical pathological features of gastric cancer.Results:Western Blot was used to detect the expression of ANXA5 protein in gastric cancer tissues,corresponding adjacent tissues and normal gastric mucosa.The results showed that ANXA5 protein was expressed in 40 cases of gastric carcinoma,corresponding adjacent tissues and 5 cases of normal gastric mucosa.And ANXA5 expression intensity in three : gastric cancer tissues< the corresponding adjacent tissues < normal gastric mucosa tissues;Comparison of gastric cancer tissue with corresponding adjacent tissues and normal gastric mucosa,it is significant difference in the expression(P<0.05).The corresponding tissue adjacent to carcinoma compared with normal gastric mucosa tissues,it was differencestatistically(P < 0.05).The expression of ANXA5 protein in gastric cancer was detected by IHC.The expression of ANXA5 protein was detected in gastric cancer cell line.The positive expression of ANXA5 protein in 40 cases of gastric cancer specimens was 33 cases,Intensity score: 23 cases1 +;6 cases2 +;4 cases3 +;found that 7 cases of ANXA5 protein was negative expression.At the same time,40 cases of gastric cancer were divided into two groups according to sex,age,tumor diameter,differentiation degree,Borrmann classification,depth of invasion,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.The relative expression of ANXA5 / ?-actin was compared with each groupby single factor variance.The expression of ANXA5 in gastric cancer was correlated with Bormann type,differentiation,tumor stage,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),which was not related to sex,age and tumor diameter of gastric cancer(P> 0.05).ANXA5 protein expression in Bormann III-IV typing,non-poorly differentiated,III-IV Pathological staging,depth of invasion T3-T4,lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer than in Bormann I-II type,moderately differentiated,I-II Pathological staging,depth of invasion T1-T2,no lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer.The expression of ANXA5 protein in paraffin section of 40 cases of gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The expression of ANXA5 protein in paraffin sections of 40 cases of gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of ANXA5 in gastric cancer was correlated with Bormann classification,differentiation,tumor stage,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma(P <0.05),But not with sex,age,tumor diameter and so on(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The expression level of ANXA5 protein in gastric cancer was significantly lower than the corresponding adjacent and normal gastric mucosa.2.The expression of ANXA5 protein is related to the classification,differentiation,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
