Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Medical Water In Urumqi

Objective:Through investigation and analysis of the medical water pollution condition in urumqi,understand the current situation of urumqi medical water,strengthen medical health quality of water,which will provide a scientific basis for hospital infection management,to prevent the occurrence of hospital infection,and better safeguard the people's health.Methods:On-site sampling and investigation of oral treatment water and hemodialysis water in 30 medical institutions in Urumqi,The total number of bacteria in oral treatment water testing,hemodialysis water bacteria total,endotoxin and chemical contaminants detection,Collect test data and conduct statistical analysis.Results:A total of 140 oral treatment water samples were monitored,and the qualified rate was 65.7%.There was a statistically significant difference in the treatment of the treated water with different levels of medical institutions(X2=7.693,P<0.05).Among them,56 Mouthwash samples were tested,and 60.7%of the qualified rate.Spray gun water 56,qualified rate64.3%.There was no statistically significant difference between the rate of treatment of mouthwash at different levels of medical institutions(P>0.05).The results of the total bacterial test results were concentrated in the range of>1000 cfu/ml.The water source of different water supply method is 28,of which the filtration type water is 14,the qualified rate is 100.0%:7 copies of sterile water and 57.1%of qualified rate:3 copies of self-made distilled water and 33.3%of qualified rate:Other water supply methods 4 copies,qualified rate 50.0%.There was a statistical difference in the qualified rate of water supply in different water supply methods(X~2=9.968,P<0.05).We monitored 56 sets of dental treatment centers,The use of chlorine disinfectant has 38,accounting for 67.9%,Glutaraldehyde disinfectant hsa 7,accounting for 12.5%,The use of thermochemical methods has 5,accounting for 8.9%,Other disinfectant has 6,accounting for 10.7%.Disinfection frequency once a day accounted for 46.4%,1 week once accounted for 8.9%,Irregular disinfection accounted for 44.7%,The water of the dialysis of nine medical institutions is tested,5 of which are secondary hospitals,4 are tertiary hospitals.Different level medical institutions water treatment device and a dialysis machine entrance total number of bacteria and endotoxin qualified rate had no statistical difference(P>0.05),the testing results of chemical pollutants pass rate was 100%,the different level medical institutions dialysis water percent of pass is no statistical differences(X~2=0.572,P>0.572).Conclusion:It was found that there was microbial contamination of water and hemodialysis water in various medical institutions in urumqi.
