Study On Water Environment Carrying Capacity Of Drinking Water Quality In Ningxia City

Along with the ningxia economic society development and the change of the situation of water resources,water resources shortage and serious water pollution and ecological deterioration has become the serious obstacle to the ningxia economic society sustainable development,to implement the state policy in the new period of water conservancy and guarantee sustainable economic and social development,improve the bearing capacity of water environment,alleviate put forth efforts to solve key water shortage region of water resources shortage,improving region ecological environment and other major water problems,promote the transformation of economic development mode,ningxia for water pollution control in ningxia indicate the direction of the road,this paper studies from the perspective of "water" of drinking water is wholesome problem of water environment bearing capacity in ningxia.This paper adopts the traditional research methods,quantitative narrow the definition of water environmental carrying capacity,by comparing the domestic centralized drinking water quality standards,according to the water quality standard GB3838-2002 "standard of surface water environment quality",the condition of water resources in ningxia,economic development level,technology level,build the angles of the drinking water quality index system of water environment(including into the river discharge and water function areas put two indicators).Water calculated using the ideal point method to select relevant indicators,overloaded line,collect China statistical yearbook,ningxia related emission data of statistical yearbook 2015 status in ningxia municipal water function area water quality monitoring data,the COD and ammonia nitrogen as carrying objects,five cities as quantitative calculation of ningxia yinchuan,shizuishan,wuzhong city,natural guyuan city,central city the size of the bearing capacity of water environment.According to FeiWuShui emissions and monitoring of the concentration of pollutants into the river pollutants into the river,to the water environmental carrying capacity calculating procedures(GB/T25173-2010)18 important environmental carrying capacity of water function area in ningxia,combining Huang Wei limit displacement principle of check and ratify,the Yangtze river,comprehensive "into the river discharge water quality indicator,the size of the water environmental capacity,according to the national water quality standard of evaluation method of water function area put,adopts the principle of minimum principle of evaluation,qualitative evaluation of water environment bearing capacity size,get the comprehensive evaluation of water environment bearing capacity as a result,the evaluation results show that the natural guyuan area is in a state of overload,wuzhong city in the critical state.According to the evaluation results from the perspective of the water in view of the shortage of water resources in ningxia,serious water pollution situation countermeasures Suggestions,to improve the bearing capacity of water environment in ningxia,alleviate water shortage region of water resources,improving region ecological environment,promote the economic development model in ningxia pointed out the direction of change.
