Objective To survey the pollution condition of Yersinia enterocolitica of the chilled and frozenfoods foods in local market and supermarket and conduct a series of microbiology research to put forward the effective measures to improve the health status and ensure the hygiene and safety of the chilled and frozenfoods foods.Methods According to manual of Isolation and identification of the etiology of Yersinia enterocolitica manual laboratory by China CDC was to Study on pathogenic detection and molecular biology.Results A total of 532 chilled and frozenfoods foods were detected in recent years,104 strains Yersinia enterocolitica were isolated(19.89%).Among the 532 foods,322were uncooked food,99 strains Yersinia enterocolitica were isolated(30.75%),201were cooked food,5 strains Yersinia enterocolitica were isolated(2.49%),the difference was statistically significant(?~2=62.03,P<0.01).The Yersinia enterocolitica bacteria strains included the O:3 and O:8,the O:8 played a dominant role.However,the serological type of some strains still could not be determined.The results of biochemical determination showed there were six kinds mode of biochemical reaction,biological subtype was 1A.The foxA genes had early diagnosis value,all the 4 O:3strains which were pathogenic contained the toxic gene ail,ystA,yadA,and virF,rather than the strains which were not pathogenic.Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)molecular classification identify all the 4 O:3 strains which were pathogenic,which in the same cluster branch with the local diarrhea patients and host animal strains,were K6GNIIC30021,which was the common strain type in domestic.Conclusion The positive rate of Yersinia enterocolitica of frozenfoods foods in local market and supermarket is high,especially in the uncooked food(30.75%).All the O:3Yersinia enterocolitica strains which were pathogenic contained the toxic gene ail and Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)molecular classification identify it is in the same cluster branch with the local diarrhea patients and host animal strains indicate that the chilled and frozenfoods foods which were polluted is one of the main source of infection in the local Yersinia enterocolitica.
