Yersinia enterocolitica, a pathogen in Enterobacteriaceae,could easily cause hunman enteric infection which attract the global attention.Yersiniosis is a zoonotic disease of wild and domestic animals caused by Y. enterocolitica. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the distrubition of Yersinia enterocolitica in livestock and wild animals in different regions of China. All the samples were collected from July 2008 to July 2014,including 16 sample points (Qinghai, Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze, Gansu Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Yunnan Province, Guizhou Province, Sichuan Mianyang and Ziyangcity, HeilongjiangProvince, Henan Province, Beijing, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Jiangxi Province, AnhuiProvince, Jiangsu Province, ZhejiangProvince). The Specimens are from 11403 pigs (12319 samples),1632 dogs (2687samples),1677 sheep (2325 samples), 648 cow,1199 chikens,17 ducks,14191 mouses (18436 samples),207 pikas (414 samples),368 bats.The separation rate from swine samples is 12.91%. And the separation rate from dog samples is 9.80%. The separation of Plateau pika is 6.76%, and chiken is 4.50%. The cow and goat are respectly 3.40%,2.78% and 0.89%.Fromall samples,2289 Yersinia enterocolitica strains were isolated.1232 species were pathoge nic strains.1057 strains is Non-pathogenic.The majority of the pathogenic isolates were 0:3 s erotype, which accounted for 99.51%(1226/1232), and only 6 of the pathogenic isolates with s erotype 0:9.Pathogenic bacteria in different host animal isolation rate difference, isolated from t he pigs and dogs were mostly pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica, the ratio was 73.50%,59.4 4%, and isolated from sheep, cattle, chickens, mice and Plateau Pika is mainly non pathogenic str ains.The strain on this study is Y.E105.5R (r), which is a whole-genome sequencing of human-derived strains. Its serotypes is O:9. We use the suicide vector pDS132 to abtain the derivative strains. One strain is a deletion of ystA gene.The others strain has the deletions ofystA and ail genes. Mono factor analysis of variance was used to analysis the data in this study. The results showed that three groups have a statistically significant difference.Testing power (power) is 0.888; The P values of YE105.5R (r) and Y.E105.5R (r)△ystA pairwise comparison is 0.006 and power is 0.909;The P values of Y.E105.5R (r) and Y.E105.5R (r)△ ystA ail pairwise comparisons is 0.032 and power is 0.933.and the P values of Y.E105.5R (r) △ystA and Y.E105.5R (r)△ystA ail pairwise comparisons is 0.985, and power is 0.059.Statistical results suggest that ystA gene of pathogenic strains can be expressed in vivo.
