According to the national bureau of statistics in 2016,tertiary hospitals in the country’s29000 hospitals only 2202,but the medical services are provided by the 1.535 billion person-time;There were 18698 at the lowest level of medical institutes, but only 377 million people were provided with medical services. Therefore, the problem of expensive medical treatment and difficult medical treatment caused by the disorder of people’s medical treatment has become a problem that medical reform must face.In order to solve the problem of expensive medical treatment and difficult medical treatment,China began to explore the model of grading diagnosis and treatment. The main purpose of promoting the model of grading diagnosis and treatment is to realize a more rational and effective allocation of medical resources so as to alleviate the problem of medical treatment. The implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model involves the change of the concept and habit of medical care and the change of medical staff’s habits, and this uncontrollable subjective factors restrict the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model. The potential problems and reasons of uncontrollable factors were analyzed. The improvement methods were put forward to reduce the degree of influence on grading diagnosis and treatment mode and ensure the smooth progress of grading diagnosis and treatment. Therefore,it is practical significance to study the cognition of doctors and patients on the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mode to solve the problem of disorderly medical treatment and expensive medical treatment.Medical staff and patients are directly related to the diagnosis and treatment.Their cognition largely determines the completion of the implementation. Therefore, they are selected as the research object. On the basis of reading a large number of Chinese and foreign literature, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis,in order to analyze the influencing factors of doctors and patients’ cognition of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model. The patients presented their hypotheses from academic background, occupation and monthly income, community propaganda, community medical experience and referral experience.Medical staff from the educational background and occupation years, positions and titles, hospital leadership support and different occupation place hypothesis. In order toobtain more authentic and reliable data, this paper takes Shijiazhuang city as an example, issued 200 questionnaires to the patients and medical staff in different medical institutions, manipulation data using SPSS22.0,and obtain the statistical results and analysis, and carried out statistical analysis. The analysis shows that the patients’ cognition of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment is not high, compared with patients, because of the nature of their work, the medical staffs’ cognitive level of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mode is relatively high.In addition, according to the data obtained, this paper analyzes the relationship between doctors and patients’ cognition of hierarchical diagnosis mode and its influencing factors, and the hypotheses were verified by correlation analysis and regression analysis, and the results were obtained. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis,we summarized the status and reasons of doctor-patient cognition, and put forward the policy to improve the cognitive status,so as to improve the cognition of medical staff and patients to the grading diagnosis and treatment mode. The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction.First of all, from the background of sorting out this topic,we analyze its significance and main purpose, and present the research results at home and abroad,so as to determine the research contents and main application methods, and illustrate the innovation and difficulties of this paper. The second part is the core concept and related theoretical basis. The concept of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model is described and its characteristics are introduced to enrich the theoretical research of this article. The third part is research model and research design.First of all,on the basis of the relevant literature, combined with the actual situation of Shijiazhuang, the model of the influence factors of doctor patient cognition of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model was designed. The design principles, contents and subjects of the questionnaire are briefly described. At the same time,In order to ensure the validity of the results of this survey, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire are tested. The fourth part is an empirical analysis of the cognitive factors that affect the subjects of the survey.First of all, according to the statistical results of the questionnaire, the basic information of the doctor and patient is analyzed, which lays the foundation for the next empirical research and countermeasures research.Secondly, describe the status quo of doctor-patient cognition in the hierarchical diagnosis model. Finally,by using SPSS22.0 software to verify the hypothesis, the relationship between doctor-patient cognition and influencing factors is obtained. The fifth part is the solution to the problem.According to the results obtained from the previous work, the appropriate countermeasures are put forward so as to facilitate the future work. The sixth part is divided into the conclusion and prospect of this paper.Speeding up the implementation of grading diagnosis and treatment, alleviating the irrational allocation of medical resources, and prompting people to seek medical advice rationally, and promote the rational and orderly development of people’s medical order,so as to solve the difficult problem of expensive.
