| Purpose: Of this study was to explore the clinical observation of Shuganlipitiaofei decoction in the treatment of lung distension stable stage(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency),compared to patients before and after their symptoms improve the situation.Methods: Choose between January 2016 and December 2016,changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital pulmonary disease families and comply with the conditions set of lung distension stable stage(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency),72 cases of patients,the subjects in medical order number,using the random number table method will be divided into the treatment group and control group,each group of 36 cases.On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group and control group respectively Shuganlipitiaofei decoction and st John cut liver spleen adjustable herb extracts,collect patients' clinical symptoms before and after treatment,6 minutes walk test and depression self rating scale measurement data,application SPSS19.0 to statistical analysis of data,observe the difference of two groups in curative effect.Result: Through statistical analysis,the treatment group total effective rate was 88.9%,control group total effective rate was 72.2%,the differences between two groups(P < 0.05),therefore,two kinds of treatments to improve the symptoms of patients,alleviate the patients' depression of modern have curative effect,and the Shuganlipitiaofei decoction in the treatment of lung distension stable stage with modern depression treatment,curative effect is better.Conclusion: By using the Shuganlipitiaofei decotion in the treatment of lung distension stable stage(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency)clinical observation,it is concluded that: patients with lung expansion period,on the basis of conventional treatment,use of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment,taking liver spleen and lung soup,alone can chang of modern,alleviate effectively,and can improve the quality of life. |
