ObjectiveBy observing the changes of the observed indicators before and after treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shugangjianpijiedu decotion using on patients of compensatory hepatitis B virus-related liver cirrhosis of stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of the spleen with syndrome of lingering pathogen due to vital qi deficiency.MethodAccording to inclusion and exclusion criteria,50 patients who have compensatory hepatitis B virus-related liver cirrhosis of stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of the spleen with syndrome of lingering pathogen due to vital qi deficiency were selected and assigned into a Chiinese-Western Medicine Group of 25 patients and a Western Medicine gruop of 25 patients by means of random number table. All patients were given anti-virus therapy with entecavir. In addition,Chiinese-Western Medicine Group was given Shugangjianpijiedu decotion. Both groups were treated for twelve weeks. After the treatment,we observed and compared TCM symptom scores, scores from the multidimensional fatigue inventory 20(MFI-20),the change of liver function,HBV-DNA and the adverse reactions of the two groups, also to confirm the relationship between liver function and scores from MFI-20.Data was collected and analysized by using SPSS20.0.At last,we evaluated the clinical efficiency of this decotion.Result1.The TCM symptom scores of the Chinese-Western medicine group reduced after the treatment, also as the Western medicine group with a statistically difference(P<0.05).In Chinese-Western medicine group, the TCM symptom scores get better than the Western medicine group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The clinical efficiency of the Chinese-Western medicine group(88.00%)was much better than the Western medicine group(76.00%).The difference has statistical sense(P<0.05).3.In both groups, the liver function was improved after the therapy with statistics significance(P<0.05).Except for plasma albumin, other laboratory targets in the Chinese-Western medicine group become better than the Western medicine group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Both groups had a significant lower level of HBV-DNA after the treatment(P<0.05).And the improvement rate on level of HBV-DNA of the Chinese-Western medicine group had not displayed the stastistically significant superiority than the other group(P>0.05).5.Both groups’ scores of the MFI-20 had reduced significant after the treatment(P<0.05).When the test was finished, the improvement on scores of the MFI-20 from the Chinese-Western medicine group had show statistically significant superiority than that from the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Both groups get scores respectively on psychological fatigue, physical fatigue and mental fatigue, which were all lower at the end of the study with statistics significance(P<0.05).Further more, the Chinese-Western medicine group significant improved the scores of physical fatigue and mental fatigue(P<0.05).6.The scores of the MFI-20 showed positive correlation with the level of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin, except for plasma albumin. There was significant difference between them(P<0.05).ConclusionA conclusion could be obtained that the clinical efficiency of the Shugangjianpijiedu decotion was positive.Compared with treating by western medicine only,it had better effect on improving patients’ symptoms, scores of the MFI-20,liver function, plasma albumin, total bilirubin,HBV-DNA and total effciency. In clinical application,Shugangjianpijiedu decotion had showed great safety and was deserved to be popularized. In addtion, scores of the MFI-20 had a positive correlation with patients’ liver function. When patients’liver function get better, patients’ fatigue would be relieved.
