Clinical Study On Gui-Pi Decoction Treating And Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation Of Melancholia Due To Heart-Spleen Deficiency

Purpose: Observation of spleen-invigorating tonga subtraction with transcranial micro electric current stimulation type Heart-Spleen two virtual depressive clinical curative effect of syndrome and symptoms improve the situation,to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment of deficiency of two depression syndrome.The etiology,pathogenesis,symptom characteristics and the relationship between the main symptoms and symptoms were discussed theoretically.Method: The research selected 108 cases of patients with cardiosplenic sleep center affiliated hospital within the past 1 years,Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine two deficiency depression syndrome,Were randomly divided into the TCM treatment group(A group: Guipi Decoction),simple cranial micro current stimulation group(B group)and comprehensive therapy group(C group: Guipi Decoction Combined with cranial micro current stimulation).There was no difference between the three groups in the course of disease and age.The traditional Chinese medicine is from changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital.The three groups were treated with a course of 10 days,continuous observation of 4 courses.By using clinical curative effect,TCM symptom assessment standards,HAMD depression scale scores and SDS self rating scale for evaluation index to assess.Result: Three groups after treatment clinical curative effect analysis,TCM syndrome score,HAMDL depression rating scale and SDS self rating scale results showed: P<0.05,There were significant differences between compared with A group and B group,C group.Thus it can be seen is better than that of C group in A group and B group.Especially in the treatment of patients with heart and spleen two deficiency syndrome of stagnation of the depression,chest tightness,fatigue,insomnia,dizziness palpitations and other symptoms better.Conclusion: The score of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of C group were better than those of A group and B group.C Group is the effective method to treat type glove two virtual depression syndrome,at the same time,it provides a new way for the treatment of patients with depression.
