Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Spleen-ki Dney Yang Deficiency In Nephrotic Syndrome With Wenyanglishui Prescription Combined With Interme Diate Frequency Pulse Electrotherapy

Obj ective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyanglishui decoction combined with intermediate frequency pulse electricity in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,so as to promote the clinical application of Weny angli shui decoction combined with intermediate frequency pulse electricityMethods:This study,a total of observation of 40 patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type nephrotic syndrome,All patients were selected from the wards and outpatients of the Nephrology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to December 2019,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group 20 cases,control group for the foundation treatment,the treatment group to the foundation treatment of heating YangLi water combined medium frequency pulse treatment,4 weeks treatment;To observe the improvement of TCM syndrome and compare the changes of clinical symptoms between the two group s;The quantitative urine protein and the improvement of plasma albumin were observed for 24h to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.The changes of liver function and kidney function were observed to compare the safety of the two groupsResults:1.In this observation,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 85.00%,and that of the control group is 60.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)2.The total TCM syndrome score and various TCM syndrome scores of patients in the two groups decreased to different degrees after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),And the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,24-hour urinary protein and plasma albumin in the two groups were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.There was no significant change in liver function and renal function before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:1.The combination of wen Yang li shui fang and medium frequency pulse electrotherapy can improve the laboratory indexes of patients with nephrotic syndrome with deficiency of spleen-kidney Yang and improve the clinical comprehensive efficacy.2.Wenyanglishui decoction combined with intermediate frequency pulse electrotherapy can improve the clinical symptoms of nephrotic syndrome of spleen kidney yang deficiency.3.The combination of Wenyanglishui formula and intermediate frequency pulse electrotherapy is safe,without obvious adverse reactions.
