Clinical Study Of Zishui Qingganyin Decoction Combined With Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation In Treating Perimenopausal Insomnia (Liver Kidney Yin Deficiency Type)

Purpose:To observe the Zishui Qingganyin Decoction with Cranial electrotherapy stimulation in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia clinical curative effect and symptom improvement.And evaluate preliminarily whether the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia disease of liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome is effective.Also it will explore the pathogenesis of the syndrome,syndrome characteristics and syndrome of the correlation between cardinal symptom,which is based on the improvement of symptoms from the theory.Method:The study selected 90 cases from Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine's Center for sleep and liver kidney yin deficiency type peri menopausal insomnia patients.They were randomly divided into 3 groups;for pure Chinese medicine treatment group(group A: Zishui Qinggan Decoction);for simply Cranial electrotherapy stimulation group(group B);for comprehensive therapy group(group C,Zishui Qinggan Decoction with electrotherapy stimulation).These 3 groups are no differences in both the course of disease and age.In this research,the three groups were 10 days for a course of treatment,continuous observation of 3 courses and using the Chinese Medicine Syndrome Evaluation Standard and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)to evaluated.Results: The results after statistics processing showed that comparing A group and B group,C group shows P < 0.05.There was a significant difference,so group C is better than group A and group B.Especially in the treatment of perimenopausal women who suffer from insomnia patients with insomnia,baking hot sweat out,dry mouth difficult defecation,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dizziness,tin nitus,menstrual disorders symptoms effect is better.Conclusion: In group C,the clinical symptom scores and clinical effecttion were better than group A and group B,and there is no adverse reactions and side effects.All this indicate that group C is a effective type of yin deficiency of liver and kidney in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia,as well as provides a new way to cure the perimenopausal insomnia patients.
