Collection And Research On Meridian And Sinew Theory In Dai Medicine

Purposes:In recent years,Dai medicine has achieved fruitful results in clinical,scientific research and teaching.With the expansion and deepening of the clinical research of Dai medicine,the related medical theory has been gradually valued.However,in the Dai medical theory system,the definition of the concepts of wind and blood,meridians and tendons are unclear,many methods of diagnosis and treatment in Dai medicine are difficult to standardize,and the curative effect is difficult to make a reasonable interpretation.To date,the situation is becoming increasingly prominent.Compared with TCM Meridian Theory and Thai medicine meridian theory,there is still missing the content of meridian theory in Dai medicine theory system.Because there is similarity in ancient philosophical thoughts among Dai medicine,Thai medicine and India medicine,three medicine systems have their respective national cultural development tracks in the history of thousands of years.Each has their own emphasis on each of them,and they are integrated and intertwined with each other.Among them,the study of meridians and tendons in Indian medicine and Thailand medicine started earlier and matured,and now a relatively complete meridian theory has been formed.And for the Dai medicine,with the same origin,the meridian and sinew theory fails to ascend to the theoretical level,more lack of guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,it is necessary to provide reference and study evidence for the construction of the theory of the Dai medicine,on the basis of the systematic combing of the traditional medicine of India and the theory of the meridians of Thai medicine.This study adopts methods of literature research,field research and theoretical comparison research.On the basis of combing the historical and cultural background,the theoretical system and the development of India traditional medicine,Thai medicine and Dai medicine,we choose Lin yanfang Dai medicine clinic in Jinghong city of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture,and the SVG Thai massage hospital and school in Chiang Mai,Thailand,as the main field trip place,to collect meridian theories.Then,we summarize,synthesize,sort,analyze and compare the meridian and sinew theories.The results suggest that the traditional medicine of India,Thai and Dai share the same origin;further,the source is traditional Indian medicine,and Thai and Dai medicine are branches;besides,Thai and Dai nationality have the same ethnic origin,medical ancestor and similar cultural background,and the cultural exchange has been continuously since ancient times.Many theories are the same in the medical systems.Therefore,there is a mutual reference between meridian and sinew theories in Dai and Thai.Based on this evidence,this study focuses on the theoretical basis,specific names of energy lines,direction distribution,physiological function,pathological changes,clinical significance and clinical application in meridian and sinew theory in Dai medicine,and preliminarily sums up the outline of the meridian theory,and lays the foundation for the system of Dai medicine for development.In order to further enrich and improve the traditional medicine knowledge system of Dai medicine,we provide theoretical support evidence for the integration of traditional medicine.
