Objective:Based on traditional Thai medicine XJS efficacy and clinical pharmacology research methods, preliminary to clarify its pharmacological effectsMethod:In this experiment, mice as experimental subjects, the use of weight-bearing swimming, tail suspension, forced swim, the writhing sodium nitrite poisoning, mines and other experimental methods, High-dose group (2.4g/kg) dose group (1.2g/kg), low-dose group (0.6g/kg), the amount of blank group (0.2ml/10g) delivery, Administered by gavage way, continuous administration for7days. Survival time of mice swimming, immobility time, writhing, poisoning, survival time, and activity as indicators, Study Thai medicine XJS scattered anti-fatigue, anti-depressant, analgesic, sedative, anti-hypoxia pharmacodynamics.Results:1. Thai medicine XJS load swimming test in mice:Swimming experiments in mice, XJS compared to the high dose group and blank group, Swimming time was significantly prolonged, both compared with the significant difference (P<0.05); Low, medium dose group compared with the blank group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05); Between each dose group, no significant difference (P>0.05).2. Thai medicine XJS hanging tail experiments in mice:March scattered in the mouse tail suspension test, the medium dose group compared with the blank group. The immobility time was significantly shortened, and there are significant differences (P<0.05); Low-dose group compared with the control group, there is no significant difference (P>0.05); between each dose group compared to the high dose group and low dose group, significant differences between the (P<0.05); the rest was no significant difference (P>0.05).3. Thai medicine XJS forced swimming test in mice:March scattered in the forced swimming test, high, medium and low-dose group compared with the blank group, The immobility time was significantly shortened, and there are significant differences (P<0.05); Between each dose group compared to the high dose group and low dose group compared to the significant difference (P<0.05); The rest was no significant difference (P>0.05).4. Thai medicine XJS on writhing test in mice:March scattered in the mouse writhing test, the medium dose group compared with the blank group. Writhing was significantly reduced, and there are significant differences (P<0.05); Low-dose group compared with the control group, there is no significant difference (P>0.05); Compared between each dose group compared with the high dose group and the medium dose group and low dose group, there are significant differences (P<0.05); High dose compared with the middle dose group, there is no significant difference (P>0.05).5. Thai medicine XJS Hypoxia Tolerance test in mice:Hypoxia tolerance experiments, march scattered high in the low dose group and blank group, The survival time of mice was significantly prolonged, there is a significant difference(P<0.05); Between each dose group, no significant difference(P>0.05).6. Thai medicine XJS Spontaneous activity test in mice:Mice opening experiment, mice through the lattice the number of, Diazepam group compared with the blank group, there are significant differences(P<0.05); March scattered high in the low dose group and blank group does not exist a significant difference compared(P>0.05); Compared to mice standing for the number of stable group, march scattered high-dose group and blank group, there were significant difference(P<0.05); In the low dose group compared with the control group, there is no significant difference(P>0.05); Between each dose group, no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Thai medicine XJS anti-fatigue effect.2. Thai medicine XJS anti-depressant effect. 3. Thai medicine XJS analgesic effect.4. Thai medicine XJS anti-anoxia.5. Thai medicine XJS non-sedating.
