Clinical Study Of "Yiqi Gujing Yangshen Decoction" In The Treatment Of Kidney Disease Of Diabetes Mellitus With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective:Through observing the clinical effect of "Yiqi Gujing Yangshen Decoction" granule,which is a group of thoughts of Lu's Qi Yin academic school in Yunnan Province,and discussing the effect and significance of the theory of "injury in Qi,disease in Yin" in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:72 patients with kidney disease of type 2 diabetes mellitus(stage ?-?)who were diagnosed by western medicine and whose syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine belonged to the syndrome type of "deficiency of Qi and Yin" were divided into the control group and the treatment group by the method of group concealment.The control group was treated with basic Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with "Yiqi Guyin Yangshen Decoction" granules,with a total course of 4weeks.Before and after treatment,urine sugar,urine protein,24-hour urine protein,FPG,GSP,2h PG(after breakfast),SCR,GFR,EGFR,TCM syndrome score were observed and recorded.T-test,x2 test,rank sum test were used for data statistics.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)2.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).3.After treatment,the two groups can improve urine sugar,urine protein,24-hour urine protein,FPG,PBG,GSP,SCR and EGFR(P < 0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing 24-hour urine protein,SCR and EGFR(P <0.05).4.In the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group has curative effect in six aspects(P < 0.05),i.e.improvement of shortness of breath,dryness of mouth and tongue,frequent urination,hand foot and heart heat,but the rest is not obvious(P > 0.05);the control group has curative effect in improving urine turbidity and frequent urination(P < 0.05),but the rest is not obvious(P > 0.05);the treatment group has curative effect in treatment The effects of turbid urine,fatigue,dry mouth and dry tongue,hand,foot and heart heat were better than those of the control group(P > 0.05).In terms of secondary symptoms,the treatment group has curative effect in improving mouth pain,back pain,urination pain and edema(P <0.05),but the effect of other symptoms is not obvious(P > 0.05);the control group has curative effect in improving mouth pain,urination pain and edema(P < 0.05);the effect of other symptoms is not obvious(P > 0.05);in improving mouth pain and back pain,the treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Above all,Yiqi Gujing Yangshen decoction has certain effect in reducing urine protein,protecting kidney,and has significant effect on improving clinical symptoms,which is worth further study.
