Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome With Shujinhuoxue Decoction Combined With The Method Of Pushing Patella

Objective: A comparative study of shu-jin huoxue decoction and reduction combined with patellar pushing therapy and selexico capsule combined with patellar pushing therapy for the treatment of blood stasis occlusion type patellar femoral pain syndrome was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy.Methods: Seventy patients were randomly divided into group A and group B groups of 35 patients.In group A,33 patients were treated,including 13 males and 20 females.Group B completed treatment for 33 patients,11 males and 22 females.In group A,shu-tien huoxue decoction and reduction of internal medicine were used in combination with the patella pushing method,and in group B,the oral administration of selexico capsule and patella pushing method were used.After 2 weeks of treatment,joint pain,functional score,patella inclination Angle and Q Angle were measured and compared with each other.Results:(1)General data comparison: The two groups of patients before treatment in age,sex,course of disease,imaging classification of statistical analysis,no difference(P >0.05),treatment of the first two groups are comparable.(2)After the treatment,33 patients in group A were effective in 30 cases,with an effective rate of 90.9%.Thirty-three cases in group B were effective in 28 cases,with an effective rate of 84.84%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the quantitative score of clinical symptoms(P>0.05).(3)VAS score: the VAS score of the two groups before treatment was compared(P>0.05),with no statistical difference and comparability.VAS scores of patients in both groups were significantly reduced before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)Lysholm score: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of Lysholm score before treatment(P>0.05).Lysholm score was significantly increased in both groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).Comparison between the two groups(grade mean value: > group B in group A,P<0.01)showed statistically significant difference and group A was superior to group B.(5)Patella inclination Angle: the comparison of patella inclination Angle between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)was not statistically significant and comparable.Before and after treatment(P<0.05),there was a decrease in both groups.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(6)Q Angle: Q Angle comparison before treatment between the two groups of patients(P>0.05)was not statistically significant and comparable.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Shujinhuoxue decoction combined with patella-patellar method has a good short-term clinical curative effect in relieving pain and improving joint function in patients with blood stasis closed resistance.The treatment can improve the patellar inclination to some extent and the Q-angle changes little.(2)Shujin Huoxue decoction plus patellar pushing method and celecoxib capsule plus patellar pushing method are superior to celecoxib capsule plus patellar pushing method in improving joint function.The clinical effects of Shujin Huoxue decoction plus patellar pushing method and celecoxib capsule plus patellar pushing method are similar.(3)Shujinhuoxue decoction combined with the patella-patellar method in the treatment of blood stasis closed-line patellofemoral pain syndrome is safe and effective,providing a new choice for the treatment of this disease in clinical work.
