Effect Of Neiyi Xiaozheng Decoction On Adenomyosis Of The Uterus By Ultrasound Observation

Objective:In this study,intraocular ultrasonography was used to observe the effects of Nei Yi Xiao Zheng Decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type adenomyosis before and after imaging(uterus size,size of the lesions;uterine artery systolic peak velocity,diastolic peak velocity,resistance index,and pulsatility index)The change.Through the comparison of pre-treatment and post-treatment tests,we further explored the effect of Neiyi Xiaozheng Decoction on the hemodynamics of the lesions and uterine arteries in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type adenomyosis,and used modern medical testing methods to monitor the treatment of gynecological intractable diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.Objective efficacy.Method:Fifty-three patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type adenomyosis who met the inclusion criteria were examined by endoluminal ultrasound before and after treatment for one month or two months after treatment.The uterine size,lesion size and double Side uterine artery systolic peak velocity(PSV),diastolic peak velocity(EDV),pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)changes.Using SPSS20.0for Results Statistics and Analysis.Results:In 53 patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type adenomyosis,the size of the lesion and the volume of the uterus decreased after treatment with Nei Yi Xiao De Tang compared with that before treatment.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The peak systolic velocity PSV)and diastolic peak velocity(EDV)of diffuse and anterior and posterior uterine arteries were higher than before treatment(P<0.01).The resistance index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)were lower than before treatment(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The changes of PSV,EDV,RI and PI in focal uterine artery were not significant before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type adenomyosis with Neiyi Xiaozheng Decoction can promote the shrinking of the lesions and the shrinking of the uterine volume.The uterine artery PSV and EDV of the diffuse uterus and the anterior/posterior wall uterus increase,and the RI and PI decrease..
