Associated Factors For The Analysis Of Relapse Of Ovarian Endometriosis After Laparoscopic Surgery

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to analyze the clinical indicators between recurrent group and non-recurrence group of patients with ovarian endometriosis after laparoscopic conservative surgery and to explore the related factors of endometriosis recurrence,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the effective prevention and control of endometriosis recurrence in clinic.Materials and MethodsRetrospective analysis from June 2012 to June 2016 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University gynecological laparoscopic conservative surgery and postoperative follow-up data included 304 patients according to the condition of complete ovarian endometriosis,with postoperative recurrence within 2 years of the70 cases of the observation group,the observation group patients were confirmed recurrence according to diagnostic criteria for relapse,with 234 cases of non-relapse as the control group,the control group patients were excluded according to the diagnostic criteria for recurrent recurrence..Statistical analysis was based on the SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regressionanalysis were used to analyze the related factors of recurrence of endometriosis.Results1.The overall postoperative recurrence rate was 23.03%;The total pregnancy rate after surgery was 21.38%.2.There were no statistically significant differences in preoperative female sex hormones between the two groups(P>0.05)3.Single factor regression analysis of age,preoperative dysmenorrhea,preoperative production,previous treatment history,previous hospital level,ovarian cyst side,surgical stage,illness time,postoperative drug treatment,postoperative pregnancy and ovarian endometriosis recurrence were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of surgery,age at menarche,frequency of flow,and preoperative pregnancy(P>0.05).4.Multivariate regression analysis showed that preoperative dysmenorrhea,previous drug treatment,bilateral ovarian cysts,age,previous treatment of tertiary hospitals,long period of illness,postoperative drugs treatment,postoperative pregnancy were related with the recurrence of ovarian endometriosis.ConclusionPreoperative dysmenorrhea,previous drug treatment,bilateral ovarian cysts,long period of illness are risk factors of ovarian endometriosis recurrence,and older,previous treatment of tertiary hospitals,postoperative drugs treatment,postoperative pregnancy are its protective factors.It is recommended that patients with endometriosis should choose a high level of hospital treatment,early diagnosis and treatment should be carried out to avoid delay in diagnosis.Protect ovarian function as much as possible during surgery to achieve postoperative pregnancy and reduce recurrence.
