Objective: To explore the recurrent factors of ovarian endometriosisMethods:181patients with ovarian endometriosis were analysedretrospectively, who were cured at the first hospital affiliated to Dalianmedical university(Jan.2009–Dec.2012). using logistic regression toanalyze the recurrent factors.Results:(1)The mean age of181patients was34.7±1.8years old,76.8%of the patients was in the21-40years age group.(2) There are113cases (62.4%) with menstrual changes performance,90cases(49.7%) with dysmenorrhea performance,81cases (44.8%) withinfertility performance,78cases (43.1%)with chronic pelvic pain,21cases(11.6%)with asymptomatic performance,3cases(1.7%)withdyspareunia in181patients. Common clinical manifestations in181caseswere menstrual changes, dysmenorrhea, infertility, chronic pelvic pain.Clinical symptoms was associated with clinical staging, the more clinicalstage, the more complex clinical symptoms.(3)There were two CA125-positive cases (25%) in stage Ⅰ patients, three CA125-positive cases (21.4%) in stage Ⅱ patients, fifty-one CA125-positive cases(61.4%)in stage Ⅲ patients, fifty-five CA125-positivecases (73.3%) in stage Ⅳ patients. CA125positive rate was associatedwith clinical staging, the later clinical stage, the higher positive rate ofCA125.(4) Using logistic regression to analyse the related factors of ovarianendometriosis recurrence, age, CA125values, AFS staging, surgicalrecurrence were not the factors, whether using the drugs after surgery canaffect the relapse. (5) There were14relapse cases in102cases who was given drug treatment,23relapse cases in79cases who was not given drug treatment. Using χ2testto analyse the relapse rate between the two groups, the difference wasstatistically significant, showing the relapse rate in the untreated group washigher than the treatment group.(6) A analysis of the impact of the relapse rate of using gonadotropinreleasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a), birth control pills, traditional Chinesemedicine. There were8relapse cases in76cases with the treatment ofGnRH-a,6relapse cases in19cases with the treatment of oralcontraceptive,0cases in7cases with the treatment of traditional Chinesemedicine. Using chi-square test to compare the relapse rate betweenGnRH-a group and oral contraceptives group, GnRH-a group and oralmedicine group, oral contraceptive group and oral medicine group, indicating that there was no difference between GnRH-a group and oralmedicine group, oral contraceptives and oral medicine group, postoperativeGnRH-a treatment is superior to oral contraceptives.Conclusions:(1) ovarian endometriosis was distributed in the21-40yearage group women of childbearing age.(2) The higher clinical stage thepatient have, the more complex clinical manifestations and higher CA125positive rate exist.(3) Adjuvant treatment can reduce the relapse, GnRH-atreatment is better than the pill.
