Research On Prescription Laws About Xiao Zhaowei Treating Common Diseases Of Pediatrics

Objective:In order to mine prescription experience of Xiao Zhaowei treating common disease in pediatrics,inherit his academic thoughts,and provide information for the regional research on the inheritance of old Chinese medicine experience.Methods:Collecting 7133 cases of Xiao Zhaowei's complete prescription of the outpatient department of Pediatrics,the name of the drug and medical records in a standardized treatment,using data mining technology in the first frequency analysis method to study its medical diseases and general medicine,the common pediatric diseases were,then using frequency analysis and association rules analysis methods combined commonly used drugs of the six diseases,drugs pairs for common diseases,clinical medicine and summarize the characteristics of Xiao Zhaowei treatment of the six common pediatric diseases.Results:(1)7133 cases of pediatric diseases involving 76 kinds of diseases,including eight diseases,including lung disease,spleen and stomach disease,heart and liver syndrome,etc.(2)Medical records were used in 292 kinds of drugs,most for decursivum,followed by Houttuynia,perilla seed,Rhizoma Paridis,medicated leaven,ephedra.Most of the drugs used were expectorant,heat clearing and antipyretic drugs.The average number of drugs used in a single prescription was 12.31 flavors.The dosage of drugs is flexible,and the average dose of single drug is less than that of common dose.(3)185 kinds of drugs were used in 463 cases of cough,the frequency of most drugs for perilla seed,Peucedanum,Herba Ephedrae,etc.The analysis association rules get 156 meaningful rules.135 kinds of drugs were used in 696 cases of tonsillitis disease,the frequency of most drugs for forsythia,honeysuckle,mint,etc.The analysis association rules get 128 meaningful rules.152 kinds of drugs were used in 454 cases of gastrointestinal dysfunction,the frequency of most drugs for medicated leaven,tangerine peel,pinellia,etc.The analysis association rules get 134 significant rules.185 kinds of drugs were used in 314 cases of allergic rhinitis,the frequency of most drugs for flos magnoliae liliflorae,dahurian angelica root,mint etc.The analysis association rules get 97 meaningful rules.77 kinds of drugs were used in 64 cases of eczema,the frequency of most drugs for honeysuckle,cicada slough,licorice,etc.The analysis association rules get 95 meaningful rules.53 kinds of drugs were used in 47 cases of tourette syndrome,the frequency of most drugs for radices paeoniae alba,concha haliotidis,earthworm,etc.The analysis association rules get 60 meaningful rules.Conclusions:(1)The commonly used drugs for the treatment of cough are perilla seed,peucedanum,honey ephedra,etc,the basic compatibility is Pinellia ternata,Paris polyphylla,honey ephedra,perilla seed and Peucedanum,the treatment method is to promote the cough of the lung and to clear the heat and eliminate phlegm.The commonly used drugs for treating tonsillitis disease are forsythia,mint,honeysuckle and so on.The basic compatibility is Schizonepeta,Paris polyphylla,honeysuckle,forsythia,pale mint and fermented black bean,the main treatments are dispelling wind to relieving exterior syndrome and clearing heat to relieve sore throat.Commonly used drugs for the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction are medicated leaven,tangerine peel,Pinellia ternata,etc,the basic compatibility is medicated leaven,hawthorn,tangerine peel,Pinellia ternate and poria cocos,the treatment method is harmonizing the stomach to help digestion.Commonly used drugs for the treatment of allergic rhinitis are flos magnoliae liliflorae,dahurian angelica root,mint and so on,the basic compatibility is rhizoma smilacis glabrae,mint,angelica,Magnolia and Radix Pseudostellariae,the treatment method are making the nose ventilated and eliminating pathogenic heat from the blood.The commonly used drugs for treatment of eczema are honeysuckle,cicada slough,licorice and so on,the basic compatibility is rhizoma smilacis glabrae,licorice,honeysuckle,cicada,Tribulus,the main treatments are clearing away heat and toxic material and removing dampness through diuresis to relieve itching.The commonly used drugs for the treatment of tourette syndrome are radices paeoniae alba,concha haliotidis,earthworm and so on,the basic compatibility is rhizoma gastrodiae,Rhynchophylla,radices paeoniae alba,concha haliotidis and earthworm,the main treatments are suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind and alleviating depressive to purge fire.(2)Xiao Zhaowei is good at using local herbs of Fujian,such as Jianqu,gnetum,emblica,etc.(3)Xiao Zhaowei uses more Phlegm and antipyretic drugs matchs the characteristics on phlegmy wet mass and damp-heat constitution of children in Fujian.(4)Xiao Zhaowei are flexible and light in drug use.(5)Xiao Zhaowei uses method of regulating qi more.
