Exploration Of Easing The Contradiction Between Doctors And Patients By Establishing Medical Actuary System

The deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship has caused violent injury cases frequently,while the Party Central Committee is calling for the construction of a social list harmonious society,which makes the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients becomes the key of the topic.How to break the tension in the doctor-patient relationship dilemma,so as to further ease the contradiction between doctors and patients,reduce medical disputes,is becoming pop questions positively considered by medical workers.The causes of medical disputes are complex,not only between doctors and patients,but also produced by many social problems.The author takes the caused of medical disputes as the start of research,in order to find a breakthrough in the shortcomings of the existing solutions,that is proposing dispute solutions by the construction of medical actuary system,and replacing the "supervision afterwards" by"intervention beforehand",so that processing costs could be reduced by preventive measures.In the study process,the author conducted an experiment in the hospital by putting on the questionnaire,participating field trip,hiring some staff to complete the"actuarial" work and other measures.The final results show that the system have certain positive meaning in resolving medical disputes and welcomed by medical workers.
