| Objective: In this paper,infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)were studied with the emphasis on renal deficiency and blood stasis type in TCM syndromes.The efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue Zhongzi Recipe applied in these patients were observed and analyzed,and the mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Zhongzi Recipe was studied,so as to provide a new idea and method for the clinical treatment of PCOS infertility in the future.Methods: A total of 60 female patients aged 20-40 years from the Gynecological Clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital to Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Zhongzi Recipe prepared by the manufacturing laboratory of the hospital and packed into the bag(200mL/bag)for twice a day respectively in morning and evening(200mL/time).The control group was treated with Tiaojing Cuyun Pill(purchased from TongrentangPharmaceutical Factory of Beijing Tongrentang Co.,Ltd.,batch No.: NMPN Z110200027)twice a day(5g/time).One course of treatment was three months,and the whole treatment lasted for two courses.The syndrome score,clinical efficacy,sex hormone level,dominate follicle rate,and pregnancy rate between the two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed,and the clinical efficacy and mechanism were objectively evaluated.Results: The patients were treated with Bushen Huoxue Zhongzi Recipe and Tiaojing Cuyun Pill,and the results are as follows:(1)TCM syndrome score: The score of treatment group was 23.23 ± 6.642 before treatment and 8.07 ± 6.908 after treatment.The score of control group was 23.70 ± 7.154 before treatment and 11.40 ± 7.010 after treatment.There was a significant difference in the score after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Clinical efficacy: In the treatment group after treatment,12 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 40%;8 cases were markedly effective,and the markedly effective rate was 26.67%;6 cases were effective,and the effective rate was 20%;4 cases were ineffective,and the ineffective rate was 13.33%;and the total effective rate was 86.67%.In the control group after treatment,1 case was cured,and the cure rate was 3.33%;4 cases were markedly effective,and the markedly effective rate was 13.33%;13 cases were effective,and the effective rate was 43.33%;12 cases were ineffective,and the ineffective rate was 40%;and the total effective rate was 60%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Sex hormone: After treatment,LH,LH/FSH and T values in treatment group and control group were significantly decreased,and there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);and there were significant differences in the comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(4)Dominant follicle: After treatment,21 patients in treatment group had the dominant follicles,while 9 patients in control group had the dominant follicles.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(5)Pregnancy rate: After treatment,there were 12 cases of pregnancy in treatment and 1 case in control group,and the pregnancy rates of both groups were 40% and 3.33%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Bushen Huoxue Zhongzi Recipe has the effect of nourishing kidney and nurturing eggs,regulating menstruation and promoting gestation,which can also regulate the levels of LH,T and LH/FSH,improve the state of renal deficiency and blood stasis,promote the development and excretion of follicles,thus improving the pregnancy rate,so as to provide a new idea and method for the clinical treatment of renal deficiency and blood stasis-type PCOS infertility. |
