| Objective: To discuss the influence of Herbal Fumigation combined with electro acupuncture and rehabilitation training on patients with limb dysfunction after stroke,the study adapted the method of using randomized,controlled clinical trials to observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with electro acupuncture for limb dysfunction after stroke.Meanwhile,its aim was to explore the programme of promoting the recovery of limb dysfunction after stroke in community and be used by others widely.Methods: The 80 cases from June 2015 to December 2016 during the recovery period of rehabilitation of patients in the three health service centers was belong to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of TCM were randomly divided into two groups which were control and treatment groups,40 cases in control group,40 cases in treatment group: simple rehabilitation training for the control group;electro-acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation added to rehabilitation training for treatment group.The two groups were treated with intervention one time a day for 30 days.According to the different situation of the two groups of patients,choosing appropriate training methods for these patients in the intervention process and emphasizing individualized treatment.The curative effect evaluation of the study was determined by clinical neurological deficit score(CSS),simplified Fugl-Meyer score(FMA),daily living ability assessment and evaluation of the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results: 80 cases were selected in this study,the two groups both containing 40 cases.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and NIHSS score of the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that the data of the two groups were comparable.After 30 days of treatment,the whole effective rate of the treatment was 87.50%,meanwhile,the other effective rate was 77.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);clinical neurological defect scale(CSS): The difference had no statistically significance(P>0.05)before treatment,the two groups was comparable.A month later,comparing the each group before and after treatment,the results showed having statistical significance(P<0.01,P<0.01),showed that two groups of patients did improve the degree of nerve function after treatment;after treatment,the difference had no statistically significance(P<0.01),showed that the treatment group is better than the control group.Fugl-Meyer motor function score: before treatment,compared with the two groups,the difference had no statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating the two groups had no significant before treatment,and was comparable;after treatment,the two groups which the difference of them had no statistically significance(P>0.05)between the two groups,suggesting that there was no significance about the scores improved.Before and after treatment,the results of the two groups showed statistical significance(P<0.01,P<0.0l),indicating that the patients with neurological deficits after treatment were improved.The ability of daily life: The result of two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05)before treatment and the group were comparable;compared the two groups of patients after treatment,the difference of result was statistically significant(P<0.05),the effect of treatment group was better than the others.Compared the each group before and after treatment,the results showed having statistically significance(P<0.05,P<0.05),showed that two groups of patients both improved the ability of daily life.Conclusion:1.Herbal fumigation combined with acupuncture and routine rehabilitation training can ease neurological deficits about limb dysfunction in patients after stroke,herbal fumigation plus acupuncture group than the control group.2.Herbal fumigation combined with electro acupuncture and rehabilitation training both can improve the limb motor function of patients,but the effect is similar,the difference is not obvious.3.Herbal fumigation combined with electro-acupuncture in improving the ability of daily life of patients with limb dysfunction after stroke was better than that of simple rehabilitation training.4.Herbal fumigation combined with electro-acupuncture can improve the quality of life of patients with limb dysfunction after stroke significantly. |
