| Objective:To observe the Sheng Jiang Tiao He Ying decoction of the initial issuance of the treatment of type 2 diabetes to explore the Chinese medicine treatment of the disease mechanism,in order to provide the practice of Chinese medicine based on treatment of diabetes。Methods:In theoretical study:Traditional Chinese medicine and medicine research present situation and the progress of T2DM has carried on the comprehensive review.By reviewing the history of the system and analysis,by using the theory of TCM and proposed in the pathogenesis of T2DM change the established liver resolve depression,replenishing qi spleen and liver depression in T2DM and symptoms of spleen deficiency,and Sheng Jiang Tiao He Ying decoction。In clinical study,Choose 63 cases of syndrome differentiation of liver spleen deficiency of incipient T2DM patients,give treatment on a regular basis,including diabetes education,diet control,exercise therapy,etc.,and according to the specific situation to choose lifting mixed drinks and subtract treatment,granules,daily 1 agent,water,400 ml,sooner or later points,3 months one period of treatment,and long-term return.Observed before and after treatment in patients with FPG、2hPG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FIns、and calculate the IAI before and after treatment.Results:before and after treatment in patients with TCM symptoms improved significantly,and there are obvious difference(P<0.01);FPG,2 HPG and FIns,TC,LDL-C,IAI has obvious difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The lower TG,HDL-C before and after the treatment has no obvious difference(P>0.05)Conclusion:the application of incipient T2DM lifting harmonic treatment,not only can improve clinical symptoms,and can improve the glucolipid metabolism,increase insulin sensitivity.And by tracking observation,the hypoglycemic effect of stable for a long time,it is suitable for the incipient change the type of type 2 diabetes,send early clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes to provide theoretical and practical guidance. |
