| Objective: To analysis the curative effect on Homocysteine(Hcy), Superoxide Dismutase(SOD), Free Fatty Acid(FFA) and blood fat in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu。Methods: 70 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. There were no significant differences in age, sex, weight course of disease between the two groups. Finally selected 65 cases, 33 cases in the control group, 32 cases in the treatment group. Patients in control group were treated with diet, exercise and other lifestyle intervention, treatment group on the basis of lifestyle intervention, were given oral San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu, 18 g three times a day,observe the course of 12 weeks. Clinical observation indexes were recorded before and after treatment, and the results were determined by statistical method.Results:(1)In the treatment of patients in the control group after free fatty acid(FFA)levels compared with those before treatment significantly decreased(P < 0.05), but homocysteine(Hcy) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels before and after treatment compared to no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2) the treatment group after treatment in patients with free fatty acids(FFA) and homocysteine(Hcy) level of treatment, compared with the control group decreased significantly(P < 0.05) and treatment group after the superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the treatment group compared with the control after increased significantly(P < 0.05).(3) blood lipid regulation, after the control treatment group, compared with before treatment, the level of total cholesterol(TC) decreased(P < 0.05), but the treatment group after treatment of total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C), triglyceride(TG)were compared with those before treatment decreased(P < 0.05) and treatment group total cholesterol levels than the control treatment group decreased more obvious(P <0.05).Conclusion: San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu can decrease the level of FFA and blood fat in patients with NAFLD, which has a function of promoting nonalcohol fatty liver disease patients with lipid metabolism. And can regulate the level of HYC and SOD in patients with NAFLD, and therefore has a certain antioxidant capacity. It is suggested that the San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu has certain intervention effect on cardiovascular risk factors. |
