Observation Of Effect Of Qingzhuo Yishen Decoction On Dn With Phlegm-damp Blood Stasis And Heat Syndrome

Objectives To observe the effect of Qingzhuo Yishen Decoction on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,blood glucose,blood fat,24 hour urine protein and renal function in aptients with diabetic nephropathy due to phlegm-damp blood stasis and heat.And to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingzhuo Yishen Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy with phlegm-damp blood stasis and heat Syndrome.Methods The 70 diabetic nephropathy patients with phlegm-damp blood stasis and heat Syndrome were divided into two groups by random number method,35 in the treatment group and 35 in the control group.The control group received routine treatment,and The treatment group was given the Qingzhuo Yishen Decoction on the basis of the same treatment of the control group.The two groups of patients took 12 weeks to treat and observe.And recorded the changes of the TCM syndrome scores,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,total cholesterol,total triglyceride,24-hour urinary protein quantitative,Scr and BUN,arranged the test datausing,and did some statistical analysis using SPSS 20.0 statistical software.P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results 1 A total of 70 patients were included in this study.Because of losing to followup,there was one patient was absent from the control group,because of failing to take medication as prescribed,there was one patient was excluded from the experimental group.Finally,68 patients were completed,they were 34 cases each group.2 Before treatment,there were no significant diffierences in baseline data,TCM syndrome scores,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,total cholesterol,total triglyceride,24-hour urinary protein quantitative,Scr and BUN between in the two group(P<0.05),and were comparable.3 After treatment,the total efficiency:control group 64.7%,treatment group88.2%.The treatment group was significantly stronger than the control group and had statistical significance(P<0.05).4 After treatment,the score of Chinese medicine symptoms in the two groups decreased(P<0.05);The fasting blood glucose,postprandial2 h blood glucose,total cholesterol and total triglyceride were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),all of them in the experimental group were lower than them in the control group(P<0.05);24-hour urinary protein quantitative,Scr,BUN were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),all of them in the experimental group were lower than them in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Qingzhuo Yishen Decoction can improve the TCM symptoms of the diabetic nephropathy with phlegm-damp blood stasis and heat Syndrome.2 Qingzhuo Yishen Decoction can control fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,total cholesterol,total triglyceride,24-hour urinary protein quantitative,Scr and BUN.3 Basing on the basic treatment of western medicine,to combine with Qingzhuo Yishen Decoction can treat diabetic nephropathy with phlegm-damp blood stasis and heat Syndrome effectively and safely.Figure0;Table12;Reference 147...
