Comparison Of Visual Function And Visual Quality After Implantation Of 3 Different Refractive Intraocular Lens

Objective: To compare the visual function and visual quality of patients after implanted with Tetraflex accommodative intraocular lens(IOL),Acry Sof Re STOR and Tecnis ZMB00 muitifocal intraocuiar lens(MIOL).It could provide evidence for patients to choose the better refractive intraocular lens individually.Methods: Retrospective case-control analysis of cataract phacomulsification with IOL implantation in our department during December 2015 to October 2017 were carried out.113 patients(134 eyes)were divided into three groups,36 cases(42eyes)were implanted Tetraflex accommodative IOL,38 cases(45 eyes)w-ere implanted Acry Sof Re STOR MIOL,39 cases(47 eyes)were implanted Te-cnis ZMB00 MIOL.The uncorrected distance visual acuity(UCDVA),bestcorrect-ed distance visual acuity(BCDVA),uncorrected intermediate visual acuity,unco-rrected near visual acuity(UCNVA),distance-corrected near visual acuity(DCNV-A),contrast sensitivity(CS),amplitude of accommodation,subjective near point,s-pectacle independence,visual quality scales were measured at 3 and 6 months after surgery.Results: There was no statistical difference in UCDVA,BCDVA,visual qua lity scal-es among the three groups(all P>0.05).Patients in the Tetraflex group exhibit-ed a better uncorrected intermediate visual acuity compared to patient s in the other two groups at 3 and 6 months after surgery(all P< 0.05).The r esults of UCNVA,DCNVA,amplitude of accommodation,subjective near point,s pectacle independence in the MIOL group were better than the Tetraflex gro up(all P< 0.05).The amplitude of accommodation at 6 months after surgery w as signific-antly lower than that at 3 months after Surgery in the Tetraflex gr oup(P<0.05).Under scotopic and glare state,the sequence of the contrast sensiti vity under the high spatial frequency(6c/d,12c/d,18c/d)from high to low was:Tetraflex,ZMB00,Re STOR(all P<0.05).But there was no statistical differenc e among the three groups under bright state and scotopic state of the low spa tial frequency(all P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.All three types of IOL can provide satisfactory vision,meet the majority of patients' daily need after surgery.2.Tetraflex IOL produced better intermediate visual,while Re STOR and ZMB00 MIOL produced better near visual.3.Both of Re STOR and ZMB00 MIOL can provide preferable amplitude of accommodation than Tetraflex IOL,and With the extension of time,the amplitude of accommodation is falling in the Tetraflex group.4.In spite of under scotopic and glare state,the contrast sensitivity of the Tecnis ZMB00 is better than that of Acry Sof Re STOR,but both of them are Lower than Tetraflex IOL.
