Jiangyincity From 2004 To 2014 Monitoring Analysis Of Infant Deaths

Objective:Meta-analysis of jiangyin city from 2004 to 2014 infants die situation,understand the cause of the death in the city and the dynamic change trend,analyze the main cause of composition and the sequence change,explore scientific and effective intervention measures.Methods:Collect the jiangyin infant death monitoring data from 2004 to 2014 for sorting and were retrospectively analyzed.Results: From 2004 ~ 2014 cumulative death change trend analysis,and infant mortality rates from 5.10 per thousand in 2004 dropped to 2.44 per thousand in 2014,down 52.16%,the linear trend chi-square test,jiangyin infant mortality has a downward trend in 11 years(P < 0.01).2014 male and female infant mortality rate is 2.46 ‰,2.41 ‰ respectively,were 57.73%,43.69% lower than in 2004.The linear trend chi-square test,2004 ~ 2014 male and female infant mortality rates are declining trend(P < 0.01,P < 0.01).2014 census register,the household register infant mortality rates were 2.12 ‰,2.81 ‰,respectively,57.85%,46.58%,lower than in 2004.By the linear trend chi-square test,infants in 2004 ~ 2014 census register,the household register infant mortality rates are declining trend(P < 0.01,P < 0.01)..Household registration in 11 years average infant mortality of 3.88 ‰,the household register average infant mortality of 2.82 ‰,difference was statistically significant(chi-square = 16.78,P < 0.01).Neonatal death for infants died first,neonatal death among the top of the newborns die within seven days.Infant death from 2004 to 2014 in the top five dead because: preterm birth or low birth weight,congenital abnormalities,other congenital heart disease,birth asphyxia and accidental suffocation.In 2014 and 2004 infant death cause the sequence,infants die each year in 11 years sequence of the cause of death were slightly change.Conclusion:Jiangyin city from 2004 to 2014 infant mortality in overall downward trend,into slow down "plateau" in recent years,the household registration in infant mortality and non household infant mortality rates are falling,there are differences between the two.Early neonatal mortality rate is the key to reducing infant mortality.For infant deaths caused by many factors,the government should cause enough attention,in view of the main problems,formulate related policies and strategies,and actively to strengthen the construction of production of pediatrics,security special funds investment,improve the level of clinical treatment ability and maternal and child health services,integrate clinical,health advantage resources,improve the level of maternal and child health,reduce infant mortality.
