The primary cause of infant and children under five death is pneumonia and neonatal respiratory distress. Pneumonia and congenital heart disease areimportant cause of the death of children under the age of five; therefore, we should strengthen the prevention and treatment of pneumonia and congenital heart disease of children under5years old.
