Evaluation Of Synergies Of The AIDET Communication Model Is Controlled By Bone Marrow Piercing Pain

[Objective]To explore the synergistic effect of "greetings-self-introduction-process-explanation-gratitude"(AIDET)communication mode in pain control of bone marrow puncture.From the patient's pain score,physiological value change and postoperative pain care satisfaction,three aspects were evaluated as the evaluation factors to promote the improvement of communication efficiency and the realization of the pain control target.[Methods]A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to randomly divide 120 patients in our outpatient department into experimental group and control group,each with 60 cases.Experimental group using AIDET communication mode,the control group using conventional communication mode,respectively to compare two groups of patients in different times of the blood pressure,heart rate,breathing,pulse,blood oxygen,pain value,the difference of the index such as nursing satisfaction.[Results]The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood oxygen,heart rate and respiratory rate between the two groups at the beginning of the puncture.There was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood oxygen and heart rate between the two groups(P BBB 0 0.05).The respiratory rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After puncture,two groups of patients with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,breathing rate,there was no statistically significant difference in heart rate(P>0.05),the experimental group patients with blood oxygen is significantly higher than the control group patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After starting puncture,puncture and biopsy in the experimental group patients with bone marrow puncture pain scores compared with control group,experimental group pain values compared with control group,p value is 0.031 at the start of the operation,but after the puncture and biopsy in p value is 0,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with control group,experimental group patients nursing satisfaction nursing satisfaction is prompt,the two groups was very much delighted in the experimental group(65.5%)and satisfaction(31%)patients was pleased with the number of cases are more than the control group(39.7%)and satisfaction(13.8%)cases of patients;Satisfaction in the experimental group is a regular(3.4%)and not at all satisfied with the cases of patients(0)is less than the control group in satisfaction for the general(24.1%)and dissatisfied patients(22.4%)cases,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion]This study finds that AIDET is a standardized communication mode,which can reduce pain perception in patients,especially in the pain control in puncture.Improve nursing satisfaction and improve the nursing quality of bone marrow puncture;And physiological value influence is in operation on the patients in experimental group patients breathing rate significantly less than the control group,experimental group patients after puncture blood oxygen is significantly higher than the control group patients,patients with respiratory rhythm of adjustment,the blood oxygen content increases.
