| Objective:To observe and study the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal Shuangxin decoction on patients with chronic systolic heart failure associated with depressive disorder.Methods:Totally 68 patients with chronic systolic heart failure associated with depressive disorder treated in Nantong Tongzhou District Hospital from January 2016-10 month were collected and divided into treatment group and control group,randomly 34 cases in each.The two groups were all given the traditional anti heart failure treatment.The control group was added Deanxit(Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets)and the treatment group was added the Shuangxin decoction.The course of treatment was 6 weeks.Contrast observe the changes and the adverse reaction in heart failure symptoms scores,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical syndrome scores,Zung self-rating depressive scores,left ventricular ejection fraction heart values(LVEF%)and serum N terminal type B natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)values before and after treatment between two groups.Results:The scores of heart failure after treatment in treatment group were lower than those in control group(p<0.01),which the total effective rate was 88.24%compared with that of the control group 58.82%.The difference has a statistical significance(p<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical syndrome in treatment group were lower than those in control group(p<0.01),which the total effective rate was76.47%compared with that of control group52.94%.The difference has a statistical significance(p<0.05).The Zung depressive scores(41.70±9.96)in treatment group was better than the(58.17±9.54)in the control group.The difference has a statistical significance(p<0.01).The injection fraction were all improved in treatment and control groups,the treatment group was better than the control group.but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The serum NT-proBNP of the two groups was lower than before treatment,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The blood,urine and dung routine myocardial enzyme spectra,blood biochemical,electrocardiogram,full chest X-ray of two groups have no changes before and after treatment.Conclusion:Based on the conventional anti-heart failure therapy,the Chinese medicine Shuangxin decoction was used in patients with chronic systolic heart failure accompanied with depressive disorder,at the same time,it can significantly improve the depressive mood and the clinical symptoms of TCM,it also can play a certain role in the improvement of heart function,it reflected the unique advantages of clinical integration of Chinese Medicine,so it was worth popularizing. |
