of the Chronic heart failure with mental disorders.MethodsThis thesis consists of literature research and cross-sectional research.The first part is literature research.First of all,a large number of literature support summary of modern medical understanding of Chronic heart failure with mental disorders.The epidemiology,influencing factors,identification and diagnosis and treatment methods were comprehensively summarized.Then from the perspective of TCM "shuangxin" disease to explore the understanding of Chronic heart failure with mental disorders.Explain a theoretical basis on for TCM "shuangxin" disease understanding to Chronic heart failure with mental disorders,including its connotation and syndrome characteristics.The second part is a cross-sectional study,From April 2017 to December 2017,patients with chronic heart failure were collected in the Heart Failure Center of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Based on the literature study of TCM syndromes of psychological disorder,a Chinese Medicine syndrome questionnaire was designed.Screening of patients with chronic heart failure through anxiety self-assessment scale and self-rating depression scale,complete the TCM syndrome questionnaire for patients with mental disorders.Dialectical analysis of recovered clinical data by TCM theory.To improve the database through Microsoft Excel 2010 by using the anxiety self-assessment scale,the self assessment of depression and the TCM syndromes questionnaire and related information.Using SPSS 22.0 and modern statistical methods to analyze.Under the guidance of the TCM "shuangxin"disease theory,the paper probes into the Chronic heart failure with mental disorders syndromes.Results1.Single-factor variance analysis on the difference of SAS degree F statistic value is 8.068,the significance is 0.000,less than the critical value 0.05.2.The single factor variance analysis of the difference in SDS degree was 8.134,the significance was 0.000,and the threshold was less than 0.05.3.Hospitalization days in the difference of SAS degree variance analysis F statistic value is 0.164,the significance is 0.921,is greater than the critical value 0.05.Single-factor variance analysis on the difference of SDS degree in hospitalization days f statistic value is 0.8064,the significance is 0.492,it is greater than the critical value 0.05.4.Single-factor variance analysis in the degree of SAS is 20.088,the significance is 0.000,and the threshold is less than 0.05.5.The single factor variance analysis of the degree of SDS is 5.361,the significance is 0.002,the threshold is less than 0.05.6.The correlation between SAS and liver stagnation,fire and kidney deficiency was 0.450,0.361,0.160,which was less than the critical value of 0.05.The correlation coefficients between SDS and spleen deficiency,stagnation of liver,phlegm,fire and kidney deficiency were 0.233,0.230,0.167,0.276 and 0.273 respectively,which were less than the critical value 0.05.The correlation coefficient between mental disorder and liver depression,fire and kidney deficiency was 0.515,0.348,0.176,respectively,which was less than 0.05.7.Anxiety and temper deficiency present 3.987 positive linear correlation with 7.975 positive linear correlation with liver depression.8.Depression and temper deficiency present a 4.239 positive linear correlation with negative linear correlation with kidney deficiency presenting 4.064.ConclusionThrough the in-depth study of this topic,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The incidence of mental disorders in women with chronic heart failure was significantly higher than that in men.The older the age,the more severe the psychological disorder.2 there was a significant correlation between anxiety and spleen qi deficiency,liver depression,phlegm,fire and kidney deficiency.Anxiety had positive linear correlation with spleen qi deficiency(3.987)and liver depression(7.975).The more serious the anxiety,the greater the chance of liver depression or spleen deficiency.3.There was a significant correlation between depression and spleen qi deficiency,liver depression,phlegm turbidity,fire sign and kidney deficiency.Depression showed a positive linear correlation with spleen qi deficiency of 4.239 and a negative linear correlation with kidney deficiency of 4.064.The more severe the depression,the greater the chance of spleen deficiency and the smaller the likelihood of kidney deficiency.4.Psychological disorders were significantly correlated with liver depression,fire and kidney deficiency.Psychological disorder 2.204 liver depression,indicating that psychological disorders caused by liver depression is the most likely.5.The frequency of syndromes in patients with chronic heart failure and psychological disorder was spleen qi deficiency>liver depression>heart blood deficiency>phlegm turbidity>fire sign>kidney deficiency.The TCM syndromes of chronic heart failure with psychological disorders are characterized by liver depression and spleen qi deficiency,which can form the syndrome type of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
