Clinical Study Of Shuangxintai In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Complicated With Depressive Disorder

Objective:To observed the clinical efficacy of “Shuang-xin Tai granule”in treating chronic heart failure of qi asthenia and blood stasis syndrome with depression.Methods:A total of 60 patients who met the requirements of the study were randomly divided into the control group and the Shuang-Xin Tai group,with30 patients in each group.The control group was given general psychological counseling and standardized treatment of heart failure.The Shuang-Xin Tai group was given general psychological counseling and standardized treatment of heart failure based on the combined use of Shuang-xin Tai granule.The course of treatment was 1 month.The changes of physical and chemical indicators of cardiac function,scores of Zung self-rating depression scale,scores of various dimensions in the quality of life evaluation tables and scores of various TCM symptoms of the two groups were counted and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:1.Heart failure symptoms and physical and chemical indicators: The scores of NT-pro BNP 、 LVEF and Minnesota’s heart failure quality of life were significantly better than those before treatment,and the Shuang-Xin Tai group improved NT-pro BNP and quality of life better than the control group(P< 0.05).2.The symptoms of depression : The scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the Shuang-Xin Tai group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).3.The TCM syndrome: the two groups after treatment,the symptoms have improved,and the Shuang-Xin Tai group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Shuang-xin Tai granule improves heart function and heart failure symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure of qi asthenia and blood stasis syndrome with depression,and improve the quality of life.2.Shuang-xin Tai granule improves the depressive state of patients with chronic heart failure of qi asthenia and blood stasis syndrome with depression.
