Study On Huang Yuanyu's Theory Of Liver And Gallbladder

Objective:To study the academic thought of Huang Yuanyu's liver and gallbladder theory and its clinical significance.Methods:This paper is based on philological research methods,and finishing and analyzing Huang Yuanyu's writings on medicine.I put the literature on the liver and gallbladder theory alone sort out.The paper further explored Huang Yuanyu's theory of liver and gallbladder theory in the study of qi and blood,and further analysis of Huang Yuanyu's theory of liver and gallbladder clinical significance.Results:The theory was first proposed by the " Inner Canon of Huangdi"and explained it.The later medical scientist explained it from different aspects.Huang Yuanyu's liver and gallbladder theory based on the theory of gas monism,and explained the influence of the liver and gallbladder on the human body from the aspect of qi,blood,and explained the physiology and pathology of liver and gallbladder from the aspects of qi,blood and ministerial fire.1 In the aspect of qi,it says that the relationship between liver or gallbladder and other organs.2 In the aspect of ministerial fire,used of the theory of change for six qi to explain the relationship between wood,ministerial fire and monarch fire,and explained the reason of why the"qi Yu" easy to fire.3 In the aspect of blood,the blood of the normal flow attached to the gas in the mai,if the blood against the blood will occur.The liver blood,and the lung main gas,so Huang Yuanyu thought that blooding from the out cause of the lungs,and blooding from the next cause of the liver.Conclusion:.1 Huang's theory of liver and gallbladder is more complete in the aspects of the relation between qi,ministerial fire,blood and liver and gallbladder,which complements the deficiency of the theory of liver and gallbladder in the theory of visceral manifestation.2 Huang's theory of liver and gallbladder explains the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment principle of liver and gallbladder disease,and it has certain clinical significance.3 The liver and gallbladder together,with the role of the catharsis to regulate the body gas operation.Respectively,to discuss the liver and gallbladder gas,the liver gas rises and the gall bladder drops,and they carry out their duties.
